Washington's War - IX. One Great Game Too Many.
Of Ukraine, Death Before Dishonour. Their Dishonour or Your Death.
The Power Elite Doubles Down with Mainstream and Social Media Deep Fakes. Governments do not do Social Engineering. Repeat and repeat often.
In the briefest of terms, Washington's strategy, in recognizing that the United States cannot compete with China's One Belt Road and Made in China 2025 programs, cannot compete with China, the world's largest manufacturing state nor has the overwhelming resources and military power of Russia, resorts to military force as the paramount means to bifurcate the globe and force nation states to trade with it, enforced with US dollar contracts, as forced upon the EU, now to not trade with Russia, nor with China presently - or try. Washington will not tolerate a peace settlement on their Ukraine Proxy War as the principle but by no means the only objective is to bleed Russia out and so they will keep that war running until the last Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) soldier is dead, activate other Eastern European State proxies to step in, also armed by Washington, Europe, Britain and allied states who remain officially "disengaged". Certain of the European Leaderships are dangerous fools and act as if they can avoid the outcome of The Ukraine, compromised as they are. Further, Washington has created its NATO-In-Asia inclusive of Japan, Australia, South Korea and TaiWan, with the focus on provoking China into a hot war on TaiWan. In the limit, any and all of Washington's allies will be sacrificed, Washington cannot conceive of a world in which they are not absolute rulers and it is by such ways and their means that the rest of the world is taken down as Pax Americana disintegrates.
This painting by featured anti-war artist Vasily Vereshchagin (1842 - 1904) depicts a battle scene long past where the retreating army under pressure did not retrieve their dead and injured and the advancing army exhibited no greater interest in doing so as they rode their horses and the cartwheels of their heavy gun carriages in tow over them in hot pursuit of the invaders, to the sounds of their breaking bones. Here, when wild tigers were more prolific, they were to be sometimes relieved of the daily pressures of hunting for food when food found its way to them. Of those elevated heroic war narratives, delivered as they are by the political leadership, the mainstream media, patriotic movies and sometimes in the very serious sermons of the religious class, always ignored these elementary yet inspiring battlefield forensics. They must be ignored. Modernity - a series of absurd beliefs that remain, for most, largely unchallenged.
This is not President Putin's war as repetitively recited by the London - Washington - Allied States' Mainstream Media as this war is run by the Russian General Staff. This is President Zelenskyy's war as he, with no experience of any consequence in the affairs of state, overrides his generals. His decisions do have consequence in the affairs of The Ukrainian State, entirely to the benefit of the Russian State and the reason he has been left to remain as a force in Kyiv. Of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, his dishonour versus their deaths. Theirs will run out to several hundred thousand dead and disabled. It seems improbable that his generals will not murder him, or try, before other less senior officers with direct battlefield experience murder them.
“We are at the brink of a disaster, first and foremost because of the United States which is a major provocateur of this war and a major threat to peace" - This from the tirelessly irritating American economist Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, January 25, 2023 stating publicly what he probably knew privately and for far longer.
Dr. Sachs had previously pointed to that Washington conspiracy to overthrow the then Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in 2014 and averred to NATO's continued enlargement and encirclement of Russia. Dr. Jeffrey Sachs incidentally has never run for public office, holds no position in the US Government and could not thus so be seen as an elected servant of the people. President Joe Biden is an elected servant of the people. The implications of Dr. Sach's remarks are in the clear. The leadership of the United States, Republican and Democrat, along with the leaderships of allied states, those coalitions of the all too willing, stand as unindicted and unindictable war criminals. This they know. At some level they know that they will not be dragged from office and strung up. Their good servants sometimes have been. The Ukraine Proxy War Narrative Project for Social Engineering and Thought Control via the Western Mainstream Media populist propagandizing has run out serious difficulties of their own making that now can no longer be easily managed.
The anti-Russian rhetoric of imminent defeat, stretching back over a year and that glorious and victorious AFU destruction of the Russian War Machine has, in terms used within the Processed Food Industry, gone past due and thus no longer fit for consumption. The difficulty facing Washington - London's finest political manipulators is, in terms used within the Corridors of Power and Ignorance, how to walk it back. Dean Rusk, a US former Secretary of State, did speak to the concerns arising from causing a population to become too angry. One cannot easily reverse the narratives short of losing leadership credibility, to be avoided at all costs, more to the point, at their costs. The costs are to be shifted to others. Far too numerous the legitimate concerns for Western populations to be angry about including the one of not adequately addressing all the others.
One could say that there's been a breakdown in the Department for Bread and Circuses.
Thus, anti-Russia sentiment, along with anti-China sentiment, is intensively broadcast to domestic populations, predicated around the masterful Social Engineering of Identity, an entirely fake paradigm to pit one ethnic consciousness against another, displacing fundamental principles of justice, equity and informed thought. Matters are long in the planning. Now a plurality of Western populations have been brought to a state of elevated anger towards Russia and China. Washington - London liberal left publications that appeal to the progressive educated class, as they define themselves, will resort to a slow drip feed admixture of a surprising and inexplicable Ukrainian loss, in spite of our over-towering best intentions. There were never any best intentions. More must be done. Of these contemporary affairs, the distortions will be run out by the Mainstream Media opinion leaders authorized to hold to strong opinions and of others not so conforming to these dominant narratives, they are conspiracy theorists overthinking these matters. That long standing Information Science principle of Garbage In Garbage Out (GIGO) guarantees that those addicted to their Mainstream Media favourites remain the perfect exemplars of this deep feature of human nature. Manifest as the corrosion of conformity.
It is a dimension that grips the Western System of Thought, that of Moral Certainty, which here means that withdrawing from our Ukraine "not our war but a President Putin gamble" Proxy War would be a moral abandonment, even when publicly acknowledged that this campaign is lost, as recognized privately that personnel of the AFU are being killed in vast numbers, such numbers having recently led US NATO military commanders to draw comparisons of the rate of deaths and disablement with the scale of slaughter in WWI. Rather than a Russian Government gamble, their preparations stretching back decades, this Proxy War to precede the take down of China has been exposed as a Washington led NATO - EU - London and allied states' gamble, their preparations stretching back decades. They have lost, yet given the degree of public hysteria generated, they have limited legitimate options. Wars that cannot be won; foreign leaders who must not be negotiated with. As US tennis star John McEnroe might have put it concerning this Western Leadership- "You can't be serious"! They're serious alright. Seriously wrong. Outcomes? A prosperous China - Russia - India - Iran - Saudi Arabia and allied states' trade bloc, a diminished Washington power bloc of rent seekers and armaments hawkers impressing themselves on exploitable, compliant allied vassal states, to be remembered as The West. Their overarching disposition - Arrogant, ignorant and aggressive and who came burdened with their Western-centrist prejudices of cultural superiority and entitlement.
Washington - London - NATO's Ukrainian Proxy War was planned as a war of contained violence for a fast collapse of Russia, wherein they control the outcomes. What they have is no collapse of Russia, violence that has approached a scale of a major war, still contained to The Ukraine of which they control no major outcome.
The United States Forces during the Second World War lost approximately that number that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have now lost, in excess of three hundred thousand men. The Russian historical experience has their losses at around twenty seven million. The United States came later to that European Continental War Theatre that then with Hollywood war movies convinced many that the United States won the Second World War in Europe. Russia won the Second World War in Europe. Russian history is written in blood. It is now no coincidence that some NATO - US commanders have remarked on the rate of deaths now accumulating in The Ukraine, something that none of them have ever experienced, directly nor historically. This is the Russian experience and that experience is of major military operations where millions are killed, largely from massive artillery operations. These NATO and US commanders are coming to the realization of just what they have set in train. Taken with indications that the Russian Armed Forces have plans for them when they finish with The Ukraine, they do have reasons to be very concerned as the straight forward mathematics here is informative - the AFU are firing perhaps one seventh or less of the artillery that the Russian Armed Forces are firing, perhaps some twenty thousands per day backed by a war industry that can maintain supply effectively without limit against admissions that NATO and Western Forces cannot supply the AFU at the limited rate that they are consuming Western supplied artillery shells, rockets and bullets.
To garrison the globe, a state requires overwhelming military power, a large industrial base to support their armed forces for global reach, access to vast mineral resources, access to food and a committed population of true believers in the state, their preeminence in the world and a sense righteous entitlement. Nazi Germany had some of these, sought others and collapsed. The West had some of these, has failed to secure others and will collapse - albeit more slowly.
An impressively unimpressive US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin described recent AFU ground losses as symbolic, losses that if instead were gains would have been described as significant and so part of the narrative genre of publicizing Russian Armed Forces' maneuvers as enforced tactical losses, maybe strategic and all AFU maneuvers as gains, that is, unless the battlefield is so saturated with the bodies of AFU personnel that they are unable to maneuver, or move, to anywhere unless anywhere is that entirely symbolic Afterlife, often evoked in such circumstances. And so - as the symbolic losses of actual dead Ukrainian Armed Forces accumulate in Eastern Ukraine, now drawing symbolic comparisons with large WWI losses at Passchendaele and Verdun, the rich science of Optics in The West continues to advance as narrative preparations are taken in hand to deal with the approaching symbolic loss of Kyiv when the Russian Armed Forces overrun the city later this year (2023), having killed everything organic and on two legs along the way there, that is, after crossing the River Dnieper. That crossing itself will be entirely symbolic as the Russian Armed Forces have been crossing it with objects that fly through the atmosphere and explode, including "rare hypersonic missiles", as US defense magazines choose to describe them to stay consistent that Russia is still running out of weapons after one year and "on the ropes".

The persistent existential question - Can plans decades in the makinge by those remote, influencial and clever who one does not know and will never know come to influence one's own behaviour? By such means is this affectuated?
From certain of the Western Mainstream Media - "The growing presence of Russian submarines off the coast of the United States has sparked Cold War comparisons from military observers and a retired NATO admiral" and "As British supermarkets ration eggs and an array of fruit and vegetables amid shortages provoked in large part by the Ukraine war, no such hardships afflict Vladimir Putin's citizens". Notable that they are President Putin's citizens and not Russian citizens. Sharper clarity in the Western Mainstream Media, the necessary admixture to bind the populations to the heavy burden of boosting their Military Industrial Complexes, under a war time-like condition of food rationing, another high wire act stemming from deficiencies in experienced STEM graduates. The Proxy War the Washington Masters launched is a War of The War Machines and they went to war without much of one, against now two adversaries that have been long in the planning for this - China and Russia. And so, as the Western Military Industrial Complexes cruise down their Boulevards of Broken Dreams, potholes and bent paving an added luxury, they can contemplate that old maxim - Never, ever start something that you cannot finish.

The Canadian Foreign Minister helpfully deconstructed the manifestly self-evident, not the only political leader to do so - "We’re able to see how much we’re isolating the Russian regime right now — because we need to do so economically, politically and diplomatically — and what are the impacts also on society and how much we’re seeing potential regime change in Russia" - Ms. Mélanie Joly, March 10, 2023, effectively admitting to an act of war against a sovereign country and simultaneously exhibiting a counterfactual disconnect with Reality. They've done it before. They've gotten away with it before. Perhaps the disaster that the very erudite Dr. Sachs avers to is that Russia will strike back, in times and places of their choosing after disposing of the Ukraine Campaign later this year, or perhaps Dr. Sachs avers to the collapse of moral legitimacy of the so-called Western Enlightenment Project. The Canadian Foreign Minister alerted her audience to restrictions of steel and aluminium from Russia. Germany restricted imports of energy and other products from Russia, with Washington’s “assistance”. The result - collapsing German industry due to supply side constraints and price inflation. Canada will experience similar economic effects, none of which seem to especially perturb the Russian Government.
In evidence to US congressional inquiries, Ms. Victoria Nuland publicly acknowledged that the spend was five billion US dollars to bring about the 2014 Ukrainian State overthrow event via the so-called Maidan Colour Revolution and so accelerate the insertion of American economic interests across The Ukraine. This included Vice President Joe Biden and his family interests, averred to below and also recently in the memoir by his hapless, accident prone son Hunter Biden. Accident prone, like his father. To ensure the proper management of Ukrainian affairs, read US economic penetration, the versatile Victoria Nuland, who can sit in three chairs all at the same time, that one now as former US finance capitalist hedge fund chief executive, appointed herself the Ukrainian economic overseer, to be accorded complete control of Ukraine's economy, a maneuver ostensibly by special order of the Ukrainian Parliament, a government under the firm control of right wing elements and Ms. Nuland who carried off on-the-ground operations to remove the elected prior Ukrainian President and then run the military attacks on the Eastern Provinces that totaled up civilian deaths of some fifteen to sixteen thousand, as reported. Eventually came President Zelenskyy, the most perfect of choices as this afforded the theme that no Jewish president could permit the presence of Neo-Nazi elements, then widely reported in the Western Media but far enough in the past to be safely ignored now. This aligns with self-serving propaganda narratives frequently run out about such things and ignores the realities as they are. It presupposes that President Zelenskyy actually cares about and connects his Jewish birth with political preferences. On the available evidence, he does not. The same could be said of Victoria Nuland. In the limit, they are pragmatic operators, hardly smooth operators but operators they remain. And now with further moves to conscript Russia hating adjacent states to The Faltering Cause, the high wire act to save Pax Americana just edges that much higher. It is entirely consistent that Hillary Clinton in former important roles would occasionally remark on the troubles of this world that they were to be resolved thus "with American leadership". The rewards are personal and in this sense are major political leaders like royal families, whose estates are The State and the rewards for them are entirely personal. Queen Elizabeth, now King Charles, the former Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands amongst the wealthiest on the planet. Some wish to overthrow them. Some wish to emulate them. Some do, via the pathways to Democratic Government. Others simply want to believe them and, for that demographic, politics is run out as entertainment, to be laughed at as a form of temporary self-elevation while the product of their work, as taxed money, is expropriated - generally unobtrusively but not always. From thus springs forth the definition of the slave - one who does not have a claim over the value of their labour, that claim laying somewhere else. If not in full, in part and in high taxation countries with now increasing defense spends. The West continues to transition all of life into an Apparatus of National Security. The cover story - Politics run out as entertainment, as a narrative but never as a documentary to examine affairs as they are.
Of note - Ms. Victoria Nuland and other officials within the Administration have never faced an election, rigged or otherwise.
Of this Proxy War in which the Ukrainian society and armed forces are entirely expendable and following the forthcoming Russia's Armed Forces sweep into Kyiv later this year (2023) after the Government has fled or been eliminated by their own along with that fiction that the commanding President Zelenskyy is actually in charge of at least something, courtesy of his Madison Avenue directed Kyiv public square appearances to demand more of everything, that narrative having entirely evaporated, The Ukraine will be abandoned by their Good Western Allies and whereas there was seemingly unlimited foreign funds to support the constant flow of arms to the AFU to be used against Russia, accompanied by a constant unaudited flow of Western arms out of The Ukraine and into the underground arms markets courtesy of those important Ukrainians actually in charge, there will be no Western money to rebuild whatever is left of the Ukrainian State as the best parts will go to Russian interests. But then, there is no money automatically available with Proxy Wars or direct engagements launched on foreign countries against other perceived adversaries, such money dependent on anticipated outcomes. With the withdrawal of US Forces from Afghanistan, funding for the rebuilding of Afghanistan into a modern democratic state vapourized, the overarching ideological justification for being there, more or less. The Afghan State got the opposite. Joe Biden as President announced the confiscation of gold deposits of the Afghan State, under one or other pretext of their imagination - compensating the victims of 9/11, a maneuver that is strictly collective punishment against a people who had nothing to do with 9/11 events and with no legal basis. The US twenty year Afghan Campaign, Washington's officially longest war, is under a news black out in The West for to examine that would be to expose the constant lying and deceptions of the Western Mainstream Media and the political leaderships. The Ukraine Proxy War must similarly go dark. As former US president Barack Obama said of the Iraq Campaign - "It was a mistake". So it was. It was also a war crime. The same with The Ukraine. It is not only the winners who write the history. For the losers, they write the history for their own populations. For to not do so would invite an insurrection. More Proxy Wars will be planned and they will only stop when Western States bankrupt themselves or experience direct attacks on their territory, something that most have avoided or otherwise forgotten.

Some one quarter of a million AFU soldiers or more have been killed and possibly double this number disabled from injuries, resulting from their engagement with a numerically inferior, superior Russian Armed Forces who themselves have taken perhaps 5-15% of casualties and injuries. The Russian Armed Forces control the pace. A slow military operation was not Washington - EU- London's choice and as their economies are now breaking down, they need a common cause binding narrative to have the majority remain committed and so support them. Russia will not oblige with direct attacks on Western European locations, which just could possibly bring their populations more in line with their Governments' National Policies of Collective Economic Suicide in expanding The War Against Russia. That is the problem. Their problem.
One may well observe that wars remain that last realm of Democracy - The other side gets to vote.
Russian rocket artillery systems firing vast numbers of rockets that they run out of month after month. As is heard in The West - "If you want peace, prepare for war". Russia came to this conflict prepared. They read The Grand Chessboard.
"Everyone walks under God and rockets" - Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, sounding very irritable of late. Russian rockets are proving very effective, prayers less effective and the US military leadership seems to no longer talk in terms of diminishing windows of opportunity. Whether they themselves pray for victory as always remains a matter of mysterious speculation since to pray is also to invite repudiation.
Rare Khinzal bunker piecing hypersonic missiles at a Russian Air Base where seven can be seen, not counting the lower left shadow. Reported to have penetrated down through ≥ 60 meters of concrete into a bunker designed to withstand small atomic direct strikes and killed some 300 NATO - US - UK military officers and personnel, West Ukraine. This missile comes in at ~14,000 kms / hour and converts blocking materials to a plasma. By comparison, US bunker penetrating missiles or bombs have about a one tenth capability and are not hypersonic, as reported. This could mean that all underground bunkers for political leaders in Western countries (but not us), even at distance, can be held at risk if 60 meters is not this missile’s depth limit (and thus are back to being like us). The democratizing outcomes of war. In sooth, the only benefit of war. That leadership as the progenitors of conflicts may themselves get killed.
In yet another admission of corruption and inefficiency, despite the world's largest military budget and the most sophisticated defense industry, as it is put, for inexplicable reasons the United States cannot efficiently develop and manufacture weapons to outpace US peer powers, read Russia and China. As Washington Foreign Policy has successfully maneuvered to create the circumstances for a major European continental land war, by no means a given, the lack of US made armaments creates a challenge that takes on ominous importance as conventional conflict returns to Europe and Washington contemplates the possibility of its own great-power fight. That is, they have created circumstances, the outcomes of which are to be decided by others and not by their important selves, as Mr. Michael Tyson could have explained with more relevance than US National Security Advisor Dr. Jake Sullivan. Much talk of "brittleness" within the U.S. defense apparatus and the means, read a lack of, to rapidly scale up weapons manufacturing at crises moments, even crisis moments of their making, which implicates for planning and, by the evidence - pure incompetence. No such momentary crisis moments are known to exist, only planned ones, the planning of which overlooked the extremely obvious - no decisive military industrial base to back Grand Plans of Conquest. China graduates more musicians than the United States graduates STEM students. China, incidentally, graduates several million students a year and they are nationalistically minded, one standout difference from The West with its emphasis on power of one heroic fantasy stories.
Meanwhile, as stories of incipient shortages of Russian munitions still circulate in certain media and other media point to a stream of new Russian military equipment going daily to the Line of Contact, it is The West that faces into munitions shortages. Lack of effective planning was embodied in remarks by Colin Kahl, US Undersecretary of Defense for Policy - "What the Ukraine conflict showed is that, frankly, our defense industrial base was not at the level that we needed it to be to generate munitions". Not said but implied was that what the Ukraine conflict showed is that the Russian defense industrial base is at the level they need to generate the munitions to run this war to their conclusion. The Washington Leadership are fools and fools they remain. They degraded the values of Science and Engineering in favour of Finance, Commerce and Financial Engineering and lost significant numbers of STEM graduates. A fast response in the engineering realm requires a surplus of such professionals. It does not exist and it takes three or four decades to have the experience necessary to carry off an effectively led war machine. Much of what was built by American General Leslie Groves (1896 – 1970), that being US military industrial power, has been undermined or lost and to rebuild this would probably bankrupt the United States. Russia and China have built this, the present nightmare for non-Science humanities educated Western Thought Leaders, their celebrity chefs in tow. Of President Biden's recent address in an old US manufacturing town - "Where the hell is it written that . . . America can't lead the world again in manufacturing?", that answer is written in China and Russia, courtesy of US Financial Leadership sending off-shore US industrial manufacturing in pursuit of profits as their existing on-shore manufacturing could not service the apparatus of towering debt that they themselves had manufactured, the de-industrialization reason least mentioned, if mentioned at all. It follows that the Finest Fighting Force The World Has Ever Seen could not fight a sustained war anywhere due to lack of military equipment and, among other things - relevant experience. They fail their Stress Test. The Russian War Machine, in actual performance, has passed Washington's Stress Test .
The Russian Special Military Operation has now converted to open warfare and this is now the most significant phase yet of The West's Proxy War on Russia, yet with no hope of The West's ambitions succeeding and so coverage by Western Mainstream Media of the conflict visibly recedes under the usual contradictions while they furnish essential reading on President Putin's palatial lifestyle and alleged predilections towards women. Those who actually lead palatial lifestyles along with questionable behaviour towards particularly working class women, such as British and European Royal Families, along with their billionaire classes, receive far more favourable coverage unless they also are consigned to their Club of Enfant Terribles - present members include Donald Trump if Democrat, Joe Biden if Republican, Julian Assange if either, XiJinPing as he looks very foreign and who knows what those unexpressively featureless Asians are up to anyway. That which receives no coverage at all is the well understood fact, within the Inner Circles, that every country that provided weapons to The Ukraine, along with intelligence to be used against Russian Forces, are co-belligerants and meaning that under International Law, Russia may attack them. A more liberal reading would be to refer to that Rules Based International Order paradigm which exists nowhere in particular, means nothing in particular beyond what The Exceptional Nation says it means, in their favour and any direct attack on Washington's military assets would be contrary to The Civilized Order. Their order. Their wars on Afghanistan, The Yemen, Syria, Vietnam and surrounding countries, China a few centuries back, are written off as mistakes. Mistakes they were. The move on Russia also a mistake, a mistake of a different order. Russia can strike back and it can strike back very hard. Strictly, they have not started much yet and their War Machine is superior.
The power tactic that makes possible the modern industrial state are the universities with departments for Advanced Physics, Chemistry and Advanced Mathematics to create and develop the weapon systems and it is that which underpins State Power. The recent emphasis in The West for Finance, Banking and Applied Economics has delivered collapsing economies and a highly politicized foreign policy that operates on historic memories of military preeminence. That preeminence has evaporated. Technical excellence only exists where there is a separation from a hapless political class and their technical class, of the latter who can deliver working technology without ideological interference, but now less able to when politicized with false notions of performance that has been characterized by behavioural fantasies of EQ - Emotional Quotient and more recently WOKE Ideology that extends to attaching great importance with punitive outcomes to meaningless social interactions.
Another pathway to ruin.
Further to The Spoils of War, we observe that NATO, the European Union and Allied States are quitting themselves of their armaments, some of which are domestically produced and sent to The Ukraine to be subsequently destroyed. Some of the European military leadership have directed their public's attention to their ostensibly sincerely expressed concerns to the depletion of their country's defense capabilities. No bridge too far here. Allied States, read vassals to be pillaged, the true meaning of a Washington ally, will acquire costly US manufactured weapon systems, a major American export and foreign income earner. Having their most modern of US manufactured weapons destroyed by Russian weapon systems in The Ukraine would seriously harm American export potential, one of the authentic reasons why the United States will not export their very best to aid this very worst, failing Ukraine Campaign, regardless of political pledges. If indeed they were superior to Russian weapons, there would be attenuated concern of a loss or capture by the Russian Armed Forces, thereafter to be sent off to Russian design bureaus to reverse engineer. Washington's objective with a successful Proxy War against Russia is the world market for Washington's weapon systems, possibly the true reason NATO Secretary-General Stoltenberg emphasized that “we cannot afford to lose this conflict”. They cannot afford to lose this conflict. They will lose this conflict. That loss means the world market for weapon systems swings towards Russia armaments manufacturers, a gain of export income that is America's loss and another outcome diametrical to stated objectives. A loss that those American commentators who run out narratives lamenting the loss of American global influence, as always pitched as a force for good in the world, studiously avoid. The spoils of war. That the Western Mainstream Media run entirely false narratives of Ukrainian gains and one which the Russian Government seems to complain of does not exactly disservice Russian objectives - to convince Ukrainian men to come to the battlefield to be killed. The spoils of war.
That the best US of weapons cannot be dispatched to The Ukraine to save Washington’s Proxy War or try may have been behind murmurs in Washington to the use of nuclear weapons and the reason the Russian Government made clear that such use would lead to the West’s destruction. And so . . .
President Zelenskyy's place in history will be that of a national leader who lost his entire army and his country, so serving as a footnote to Russian dominance.

The Russian strategy, now in the clear, is not one of taking and holding cities and any retreat from any territory is flagged as a Ukrainian victory. The Russian Armed Forces' objective is to kill off the Ukrainian Armed Forces and remove the state of The Ukraine from the map. This is a war by Russia against both extreme right Nazi ideology and that pathological hatred by Eastern Europeans of Russia, such group pathology thoroughly understood, ably exploited and then utilized by Washington - London Thought Leaders against Russia and so an example of thought leadership in which they are entirely right. Ms. Victoria Nuland would well understand this. Wars are good for business but not all business and this Proxy War was not desired by BeiJing as it is not good for their new Silk Road Eurasian Trade Corridors. Doubtful that Washington - London Thought Leaders missed this benefit to themselves as a disrupter of The Great Eurasian Union. Largely ignored by the Mainstream Media was this visibly led maneuver, the inner workings of which Victoria Nuland, as then Undersecretary of the US State Department for Eastern Europe, also understood very well. Events following the obvious intervention, 2013, in the pervasively corrupt Ukrainian State by US interests, directed by Victoria Nuland and admitted by her that had Washington and Central Intelligence Agency assets finance street and parliamentary neo-Nazi organizatons, supported by right of centre Ukrainian media, the staged coup successfully removed a narrowly elected and pro-Russian Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, one who favored Russian trade arrangements over European.
Here we are treated as fools as this discounts the principles of maneuver warfare, briefly referenced herein. The “Putin is in shock” line seems to be directed to Russian domestic audiences.
Major affairs of state are long in the planning. Before Victoria Nuland came to significance, Dr. Zbigniev Brzezinski declared at his year 2000 Washington American - Ukraine conference that creating the circumstances for a war in The Ukraine with Russia was they way to bring about the collapse of the Russian State and its removal as a threat to US interests, alongside other benefits. Judgment shall be by the results of reckless self-interest. Not only has this failed but the achievements of Nixon and Kissinger in BeiJing, 1972 to bring China into the US orbit and away from the Soviet Union have been reversed, something that Kissinger averred to. Washington's deceptive, militarized foreign policy handlers brought about, for them, a joint adversary in the form of the strategic arrangements between China, the most consequential manufacturing state and Russia, the most resource rich state.
Western Leadership operators lied to the Russian Leadership. Some have admitted as much. Russia cannot be defeated economically, nor militarily and the Russian Leadership does not trust nor believe the Western Leadership who, via their Mainstream Media smooth talk and sometimes themselves directly, constantly lie about them, as they did of previous and supposed foreign existential threats. They have nowhere to go and so double down, such doubling down manifest in an address to an Eastern European State, again Poland and again Warsaw. In his anniversary address of The Ukraine Conflict - Remarks by President Biden ahead of the One-Year Anniversary of Russia’s Brutal and Unprovoked Invasion of Ukraine, with nary a remark on Washington's twenty year Afghan Campaign nor Ukraine precursor events, President Biden again invoked that the whole world is against Russia, along with that ever present sense of Western superiority, appealing to Good against Evil, the Light and the Darkness, an exoneration of Washington - London Ukraine handiwork and the Eternal Struggle, the struggle that is to be fought metaphorically by all men and women of good will but where the blood is to be shed by others. An address that was more in keeping with an eleventh century Christian Crusade against Eastern infidels.
One further principle objective of this Ukraine Proxy War was to enable US-NATO-UK military interests to determine the effectiveness of the Russian Armed Forces - their ways and means. One thing that they have established, or at least presented to them, is that a numerical smaller Russian military force has demolished the largest and best trained armed forces within the NATO force structure. The Laws of War are to be rewritten. The advantage favours Russia as they are not running a Proxy War and are directly engaged. The United States is also advantaged in that it will reequip European states as they run out their armaments.

The Business Case. Ms. Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State - European and Eurasian Affairs, appointed herself The Ukraine's Economics Chief 2015 to serve the interests of the US Power Elite. Under this arrangement The Ukraine was set up for the exploitation of Ukraine’s economy by US business interests. The Ukraine has been open to US capital investment until now; US businesses and individuals descended upon The Ukraine, selecting the profitable opportunities. The acceleration of US economic aid resulted in even more economic concessions from The Ukraine in exchange for the desperate military support sought from The West. Much of that seems lost to them.
That Washington - NATO - London and Allied States' two week Ukrainian Proxy War is now the equivalent of that recreational trek through what they thought was a known desert where it was subsequently to be known better that it required 600 gallons of water to make it through and one finds, after 100 gallons, that one has come up 500 gallons short. Pressing on is not an option. Turning back is not an option. Much high minded writings attend military strategies and the thoughts of great leaders, so-called. Major continental wars of industrial scale are wars of the war machines and whose armaments factories can produce more and better munitions. Few think of such wars in supply chain terms and a Hollywood war movie devoted entirely to Military Logistics is unlikely to attract interest. The Western leadership has committed the two egregious errors of not knowing their enemy nor themselves.
Notably, one former Australian Prime Minister was reported to have done exactly that - drive into the Australian desert, run out of gasoline and then called for emergency assistance. The same former Australian Prime Minister was known to appear in photographs with former Ukrainian leader Arseniy Yatsenyuk, one of the Ukrainian chosen, if the person doing the choosing was Ms. Victoria Nuland and other US State Department lumiaries.
The Russian War Machine has large surge capabilities and retains, in this Proxy War, escalation dominance, now being seen in the commitment of hundreds of thousands of additional service personnel. They do not operate on Just In Time principles. The West does operate on Just In Time principles. Russia's munitions factories are reported to be operating at full capacity, night and day. The Russian High Command does not publish its war plans, yet it appears that the intention of the Russian Government is to destroy NATO and remove Washington's presence from Continental Europe. This means that Russia is gearing up for a continental war in Europe, a war that they can win but not one the United States can fight, in Europe. It means going to war against NATO and American Forces in Europe after The Ukraine Campaign is disposed of. A morally sensible European leadership would not have signed out of Russia's rich supply of resources, China's cheap manufacturing inputs and would have forced The United States out of European affairs. Russia appears likely to try to drive the United States out of Europe while the present European Leadership rides kneeling upon the coattails of American foreign policy and their public positioning makes it difficult to "walk it back". The best the present European Leaderships can hope for is to lose in their next election cycle, disappear into that realm of short public memories, avoid all accountability for putting their entire countries at risk and so be relieved of any possibility of being dragged from their homes by angry crowds to be lynched from some nearby lamp post. When one has lied that much for that long, telling the truth is not a revolutionary act. Telling the truth is an act of suicide.
What the American Leadership Class has delivered, to others - a national economy of high inflation, a now predictable recession, an increasingly valueless dollar as a de-facto world reserve currency, an internal infrastructure rated E by American civil engineers, especially the power grid, the rail system that records two or three crashes and derailments a day, decaying household purchasing power, small business bankruptcies, high rates of street crime, violence and insecure public places, the widespread distribution of Fentanyl, addictions to prescription drugs, destruction of public trust in health, medical professions and drug manufacturers and the resolution of personal problems via gun deaths that exceeds forty thousand per year with around sixty two percent suicides by gun but not all suicides. One can view some suicides as desiring to escape a situation but not able to afford to do so. More generally, the resolution of personal problems with violence and international ones as well is Hollywood genre, copied around the globe.
As it appears that the Bidens can no longer run a cover on Hunter Biden's position on the board of a Ukrainian oil company Burisma (refer prior Substack essay regarding Vice President Biden's remarks - Ukraine Long Proxy War VI - God Favours Russia, Eyes on the Prize), that board appointment has been described as one of being a deliberate personal affront to President Putin, in tawdry language one would expect and intended to shift the focus to one of political leadership personalities, a pure fantasy and away from personal profiteering. As this all too obvious narrative ploy attracted no examination by Mainstream Media, it could be concluded that it works and the extent that it works is the degree to which we are treated as fools. It also distracts from the massive corruption and profiteering occurring in The Ukraine at the expense of the future of the region. They come, they pillage and only when forced out do they leave. Dr. Samantha Power's recent remark that The Ukraine War was about standing up to bullies was an entirely contrived, manipulating response to a question that neatly shifts focus away from anything concrete about this Proxy War to abstract concepts that have no foreign policy semblance and do not characterize their foreign policy plans, such as they are, avoiding these matters in their public pronouncements.

Of Robert Gates, who spent his professional career within the US National Security Apparatus, in his 2014 memoir of his experiences in Central Intelligence, he summarized Senator Joe Biden's long tenure in The Senate and chairman of the influential Senate Foreign Relations Committee thus - He has "been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades”. Senator Joe Biden, in a practical demonstration of The Peter Principle - people rise to their level of incompetence - went on as Vice President to exceed his level of incompetence, consolidated that as President and now faces a major loss of US geopolitical credibility in a Proxy War with Russia of his, his predecessors' and his closest advisors' making. No amount of American network media anchor people screaming Donald Trump trigger words, Russia trigger words and China trigger words can save this Democrat Administration, or any.
The dilemma - if they do in Joe, Vice President Kamala Harris is not an option. Her poor showing on the 2000 Primaries was not sufficient to convince Democrat Power Brokers that none other than she was to be on the ticket with Joe Biden. Her Joe Biden-like tossed word salads and her disastrous behaviour as vice president is another practical demonstration of The Peter Principle and has meant that The Media has kept her mostly out of the media, save her foreign visits to shore up African states’ support for US regional objectives or otherwise are writing disapproving pieces. She carries some of the Democrat colour vote, remains popular with the people of colour demographic as the Democrat Party has invested heavily in fabricated identity and race issues, from aggrieved victims to privileged oppressors and so demonstrates that voter stupidity, that often glossed over yet essential quality within your electoral base, would be unfairly ascribed entirely to white people.
Anti-Russian, especially anti-President Putin books, papers and public education seminars are more than a Western cottage industry and are the practical implementation of a recognition by Western Elite Leaders that they and The West are in serious trouble as their raison d'etre, their economic and financial success paradigm, disintegrates before them. So long as they themselves think that they will be relieved of any consequences of their decisions, theirs will be to have no limits to the numbers of people and resources sacrificed and expended to preserve their positions of privilege, nor any limits to their propaganda. Memories remain as ever short and the Iraqi who advised the Bush-Cheney White House on Saddham's WMD's, at least as they would have us believe, would also have us believe that he was to blame and they made a mistake. It matters not how many lies are exposed and so that brings forth the true nature of the human sub-species - easily led by appeals to in-groups and out-groups, that which is good and that which is not and the overarching hand of the authoritarian to guide the minds of the true believers. Those thinking outside this realm are classed as difficult and opposed to leadership, never expressed as lawful, legitimate leadership. So, pervading the faux literary Western ether are these public speaking escapees from Russia's repressive state gulag and they very neatly cash in at paid seminars staged by humanities educated fakes who know absolutely nothing of the true nature of State Power, their literary stars come with opinions and no experience at the highest or any level within the Russian Government and so conform to the range of acceptable discourses, which naturally exclude any examination of that essential unable-to-challenge goodness that defines the contemporary Western liberal experience. For some of them an era of easy money as they traverse The Land of Liberty and pay an occasional visit to The Land Down Under to warn the gullible of terrible threats from those Beasts from The East - Russia and China. Racism works. Many like them have gone before them - Snake Oil Salespersons with their Wonder Drug claim to cure all spiritual and mental ills and they come always with an enthusiastic cult following to give testament to their transcendent selves along with that indispensable direct connection with the divine. Here, trigger words work and they use them all, from President Putin the modern Rasputin to President Zelenskyy the modern Churchill. The educated liberal, slightly left leaning class soak it up as they did with their mother's milk, with none of the benefits. They attend these public addresses looking knowledgeable, concerned, discomforted. They think they have learnt something. Western audiences do not understand how foreigners play them. This is recognized in China. Business types come in with money falling out of their pockets, the Chinese neatly relieve them, they the leave to write books and press articles and go on the speaking circuit to talk to failures as successes to Western audiences, another of the whole other stories. Of their paying audiences - fools they are; such fools they remain.
The globe now splits into two spheres courtesy of Washington's coercive power and force projection and the degree to which those states that align with Washington's global ambitions of perpetuating its authoritarian self and so endlessly prepare for foreign wars which they may not fight but will prove very expensive is the extent to which they will slowly impoverish themselves via Militarism and to the benefit of US interests - Europe, the Five Eyes member states (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Britain), Japan and Germany and other European states - all under US occupation and visible presence. These costs will be taken in the equipping of domestic forces with US armaments.

The Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley in Brussels February 14th, 2023 stated that - "NATO has never been stronger; Russia is a global Pariah and the world remains inspired by Ukrainian bravery and resilience; in short, Russia has lost, Russia has lost strategically, operationally and tactically - and they are paying an enormous price on the battlefield”.
General Milley previously and more helpfully advised, November 2022 Economic Club of New York - "A victory by Ukraine may not be achieved militarily and that winter may provide an opportunity to begin negotiations with Russia". No it did not. The Russian Government has had enough of Washington's constructed lying, which goes back to Dean Acherson, a former US Secretary of State, who stated that we are never to negotiate honestly with Russia. Indeed does this future lie in that past.
President Joe Biden's alleged surprise and secret visit to Kyiv February 20, 2023, presumably not to celebrate the first year anniversary of the Russian Armed Forces Special Military Operation, was cleared with the Russian Government, as more or less admitted by US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan using standard, somewhat incomplete and ambiguous language. American and British leaders do this from time to time, to create the impression that they and they alone are in control of events, reinforced by the essential out-in-the-open-air photo shoots. As they are not in control of events and the Russian Armed Forces are and who also control the airspace and are striking targets in and around Kyiv without troubling themselves to inform anyone about it, it was necessary to request of the Russian Government and gain clearance to allow President Biden admittance so he would not be accidentally killed. This was granted. The visit was used to create the impression that the Russian Armed Forces are weak, even as air raid sirens were sounded in Kyiv and to also create the impression that President Biden is a true war time President when in fact he remains physically remote, strictly well behind the lines and far from danger. President Putin's recent visits to Crimea and Mariupol were not notified to the US State Department or other of Washington's arms of Government. Notably, Jake Sullivan's last visit to Australia was met by certain think tank private school elite, born to rule, chronically mediocre staffers who described him as a future American president, so adopting predictable standard form sycophantic conduct that characterizes the servile relationship of Australia towards Washington. They do just fine by that.
Western Mainstream Media is committed to mounting the narrative that Russia is losing vast numbers of armed forces service personnel. Their narrative framework has prepared the ground for arguing no loss for The West as Russia's forthcoming victory in The Ukraine is a pyrrhic victory of sorts, with towering losses and only due to the use of China, Iran and North Korea's military equipment that thus renders Russia's entire campaign an actual failure. The West's withdrawal from The Ukraine will be flagged as falling prey to our better selves and that this must be done to stop the bloodshed, the only way to stop the Russian savages. Not always does The Good prevail over The Evil and so you must remain committed to our cause and thus us. History also is written by the losers, to condition their public away from their vast lies, bind their society to themselves and so trust in avoiding being dragged into some court of law. On that they can feel relaxed. The West will collectively hang itself because The Leadership does not face the justice system. That rope, incidentally, is made in China, as with most other things. They retain the know-how and Western Society commits itself to those ephemeral existential crises matters of language inoffensiveness and fantasies surrounding sexual identity, a direct outcome in a society where Humanities and Social Disciplines have displaced Science and Engineering Disciplines. So goes that Leadership Class.
American Global Leadership, that Democracy of Arsenals, presses on with its urgent project - impressing Liberal Democracy around the globe, as expressed by them. This comes at a costly and heavy burden, not a cost ever mentioned by The Leadership Class who press for American Leadership as a motor manufacturer presses for their brand of car, nor mentioned in the difficulties the US Armed Forces face with declining recruitments, that there are over 4.3x times the military suicides to those killed in Washington's foreign engagements, yet not a single one defending the US homeland from any actual invading army. Those US and allied military personnel who are killed in foreign countries are killed by those citizens defending against an actual invading army. Data behind the 4.3x times figure leads to a weekly US armed forces personnel suicide rate of around 32, although US military personnel have written to a weekly suicide rate of 4x times that. Of the rich and numerous political philosophical treatments on Liberal Democracy that fill long, dusty wooden shelves within longer corridors of museum libraries, few deal with this as the necessary expenditure of blood and treasure, as certain Americans like to express it, in converting a foreign country to a Liberal Democracy by killing a lot of them as well as one's own armed forces. But then armed forces training does not run to the principles of spreading Liberal Democracy. It does run to how to protect the supply chain for sourcing foreign oil and mineral wealth, preferably without paying for it. Yet few see this for what it is. Some fewer see them for what they are.
What the Melbourne, Australia CoVid lockdown emergency crisis and fear program of the Victorian State Government demonstrated and one closely watched by Governments, armed forces and intelligence agencies around the globe , one characterized by a large number of police accompanied by armed forces personnel on the streets was that a population can be manipulated and compelled into accepting social restrictions that in other circumstances would not be rationally tolerated. That virologists were predicting the arrival of serious pandemics thirty years back and therefore should be planned for via medical facility investments and pandemic simulations was not planned for during that now vanishing era of "Hey - let the good times roll" and so is this CoVid event deftly dismissed by domestic populist media liars as unforeseeable. They read their lines well, they simplify all matters and they corrode critical thought. They promote conformity and from this thus brings forth that summarizing phrase of Modernity - the corrosion of conformity. "We do not do social engineering" - In his role as a former Australian Prime Minister, John Howard seems to affirm that Governments do social engineering since if this was not the case, it would not need to be denied.
Of the content narratives by Western, notably London - Washington Mainstream Media concerning the early stages of the SMO in The Ukraine, they did not inadvertently get wrong their early tendentious depictions of a seriously losing Russian campaign as this was a deliberate media campaign to emphasize Russian incapabilities and so convince the Russian population to turn on their government, an entirely predictable influence operation that accompanies war preparations so directed at a foreign country. This same Western propaganda was directed to their own domestic populations and caused many to have false confidences in the progress of The War. Four difficulties have emerged which, for the Western leadership, are not easy to deal with. The Russian population has not turned on their government, the Russian Leadership is more popular, against a backdrop of already high popularity that no Western leader can remotely approximate, the Western War Planners have massively misjudged Russian military capabilities and vastly overrated their own, not altogether surprising as the United States has not gone to war against a peer competitor in recent memory and fourthly the Russian Government is unlikely to be as accommodating in saving Western leadership faces. This last aspect makes Western Leadership particularly dangerous. Beltway thinking is of a view that China's Armed Forces are inferior to those of The United States. Forecasts are notoriously difficult but here the similarity with The Ukraine is that as Russia is fighting a war on its near abroad, so China would be in their realm and near abroad while The West has to project force into that region. The Ukraine War enables China to test weaponry under real battlefield conditions, likewise Iran and probably the real reason their systems have appeared in The Ukraine. Various simulations have pointed to huge US naval losses in a conflict on China's near abroad. Of more than casual interest, certain US naval commanders have flagged that The United States will likely be at war with China by 2026 and must so prepare. This comes after several years of re-configuring the South Asian region into the US Indo-Pacific Command and surrounding China with US military bases in US allied, read vassal states. It seems inconceivable, after US experiences in Afghanistan where they were directly involved, The Ukraine where their systems were directly involved, taken with outcomes that demonstrate US military inferiority, that they would contemplate a war with China and one that necessarily engages Russia. Nothing or nothing substantive from Washington controverts this to emphasizes diplomacy. But then, Washington faces into geo-political decline and not a state out of which one negotiates oneself back into top position.
The vicious Russian propagandizing rumour that the Ukrainian Government has authorized the AFU to physically drag Ukrainian people off the streets and out of cafes, to be sent to the line of contact with little or no training has now been legitimized by London Mainstream Media, not that they ever cared about the lives of these Eastern Europeans. The narratives run out now oscillate between never negotiating with Russia to heading in the direction of a negotiated peace settlement, led by The West and only led by The West because this Proxy War and their cause is lost. Other media narratives call for escalation.
The annual United States report on global human rights practices released Monday 20th March, 2023 listed "significant human rights issues" and abuses in India, including the targeting of religious minorities, dissidents and journalists. Impressive! Some of these Indian State human rights abuse assertions are true, not that Washington really ever cared, until recently and that recency event was the Modi Government rejecting Washington diktats to not trade with Russia for oil cheaper than US Big Oil would provide, nor join or remain a member of the China - Russia New World Order arrangements - BRICS, SCO, Asian Development Bank, the very important International North-South Transport Corridor (NSTC) and other non-Western global institutions from which Washington - London Masters of Their Fading Present Universe have exempted themselves. The NSTC significantly provides for trade that is faster and cheaper than the present sea route via the Suez Canal and that thus removes Washington's control over Suez directed trade flows. That is, the Suez Canal is controlled by Egypt, Egypt is controlled by Washington and so has control over this vital naval pinch point for the exercise of maritime flows. Just as these recent trade sanction matters surfaced, one could reliably predict that manufactured, deeply concerning but not so terribly disconcerting human rights narratives of the poor and long suffering Indian minorities would be run out of Washington. Not disconcerting because Washington's leaders know exactly how to react. As with Pakistan and the recent removal of Imran Khan, followed by the successor government cancelling of trade contracts with Russia and since Imran would not disappear himself, instead barnstorming the country, then with someone attempting to murder him, President Modi can look forward to similar prospects. The Indian Unlawful Activities Prevention Act which the Modi Government is applying and referenced as a human rights concern is long on the books as it was enacted in 1967 as an anti-terror law and resembles similar federal legislation already in force within the United States, Britain and certain other democratic countries. That concerns over journalists are listed at this time, entirely fake, is demonstrable evidence that we are indeed treated as fools. Human rights abuses by long standing Washington - London allied states are ignored and these include the so-called democracies in the Middle East. It also includes themselves.
Saudi Arabia, long standing Washington ally that became a US principle oil supplier some time after FDR cut a deal with King Ibn Saud in 1945, among other things and those other things later came to include their recycling of Saudi US dollars into buying US weapons and equities, can also look forward to similar treatment from Washington since their human rights abuses are legendary, their public executions posted on the government website, such abuses predate the founding of Saudi Arabia when the Saud family and their particular Islamic sect of religious punishment pressers got their grip on the state and all because Saudi Arabia has unforgivably made peace with Iran in a BeiJing - Moscow brokered negotiation that conflicts with the Washington Consensus that here means regional divisions, threat advancement and arms sales because the United States cannot offer trade and development projects on any financially competitive or outstanding quality terms, peace is not their profession and they can sell armaments. BeiJing here is painted as the peace maker and these new Saudi - Iranian arrangements are a significant setback for Washington and friends, the 12.5%. One could go further. China's global influence, pegged as militaristic and hegemonic by the 12.5%, has so far promoted trade, development and non-aggression arrangements. This does not sit well in Washington - London Power Circles. Proxy Wars become all that more difficult. More must be done. They will not go quietly. BeiJing's arrangements with Russia will be painted in the narrow terms of the Ukrainian War, their New World Order and necessarily ignore their trade arrangements with studied efficiency.

Another Australian special forces officer has been charged with the war crime of murder while on tour in Afghanistan, a Western war of aggression and a war crime of waging aggressive war committed by the Western Leadership, again against a country that has never threatened The West. More generally, certain Governments are making something of a case here even as their special forces soldiers are their Praetorian Guard, their government trained and sanctioned killers, their conduct well understood by at least the upper echelons and inner circles of government and stretching back over hundreds of years. This trial has the appearance of a contrived media influence campaign of social thought engineering, a revisioning of recent history to exonerate themselves from their war crimes by focusing on the conduct of a few soldiers. That this is occurring coincides with the obvious loss of The Ukraine Proxy War and unlikely to do anything with moral elevation. Things have gone bad in The Ukraine for Washington - London interests. More must be done. Incidentally, those Australian public media intellectuals who talk ever righteously to the high minded principles of personal probity, morality and good social behaviour have penciled out any applications of this in their discussions on any decisions of the political leadership concerning foreign wars - ever.
The actual conduct of military forces in Afghanistan has been written up by former US special forces officers who have the benefit of the US first amendment rights to publication, not so in Australia where an effective news blackout pervades anything Afghanistan, unless disparaging of Afghanistan. One former US special forces officer wrote to the indiscriminate shooting as early as 2003 of non-combatants. As for other ground operations, some have admitted that many of those "picked up" on suspected anti-American actions were the subject of dubious and fabricated accusations, some US drone operators have written to the killing of Afghan people who were farmers carrying hand implements and not soldiers carrying guns, some US drone operators have written to the killing of Afghan targets where, in the company of several others who were not, were killed as well and some US Air Force personnel have admitted to dropping of munitions on targets so far below that there is no effective visual verification of personnel. As for the number of actual airstrikes conducted during the twenty year Afghan Campaign, that number is reported as over ninety thousand. No aircraft crews are prosecuted as that would ground the entire air force. The same reasoning is applicable to artillery crews who receive targeting data, can never see the targets and fire, collectively thousands of rounds on any given day. Focusing on selected individual actions is that deft trick of Governments and Media to propagandize their domestic populations that their Leadership is morally upright. That these soldiers were trained for and dispatched to Afghanistan at the direction of their Governments, a country that had not invaded those states, is now neatly quarantined. Incidentally, the actions of one Australian artillery battery commander, as described by his brother, included him venturing forward several kilometers after one night of several hours of his artillery battery firing several hundred shells, to visually survey his results, the bits and pieces. That was Vietnam. Major wars are artillery wars and this characterizes The Ukraine, which now clearly frightens NATO commanders who draw parallels with WWI deaths. They are frightened that the Russian Armed Forces do not stop when they dispose of The Ukraine Proxy War later this year (2023). Incidentally, that Australian artillery battery commander died back in Australia in his early twenties and claimed the effects of defoliant chemicals that were widely used on Vietnam, a form of chemical warfare. Such effects on humans are denied by Washington and Canberra Governments but are known in the biochemistry to effect humans.
On March 14th, 2022, the US Air Force flew a remotely piloted MQ-9 Reaper drone near the Russian Air Identification Defense Zone, or inside that zone, with its identifying transponder switched off. One mission that is publicly known. This General Atomics drone is notable for its advanced Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses electronics. Under International Law, which is not Washington's Rules Based International Order, the Russian Air Force was entitled to shoot it down. But firstly, the Russian Armed Forces informed their US counterparts that they had detected their aircraft and requested that they fly it out or there will be consequences. The request was ignored. The consequences were so delivered. Just what they are remains a matter of speculation. The video from the craft itself and released by the US Government has difficulties and has the appearance of a deep fake. It shows a Russian jet approaching the MQ-9, releasing fuel with the intention of altering the air fuel mix within the the MQ-9 jet turbine engine in such a way as to destroy the engine. Additionally the Russian jet was alleged to have collided with the propeller of the MQ-9 and the video depicted a bent propeller blade. These explanations treat us as fools, the narrative proposes that an aircraft crashes into another aircraft without sustaining damage is not a credible maneuver but this narrative enables The Pentagon to claim that Russian pilots are cowboys, consistent with an amateur armed forces narrative and readily caters to the Russia-phobic quarter who are convinced that nothing of critical analysis is ever required on anything Russian nor, for that matter, on anything Iraq when the overwhelming and admitted litany of lies to justify that invasion was run out, including fake imaging, nor Afghanistan when the overwhelming litany of lies to justify that invasion was run out, nor Vietnam when the overwhelming litany of lies to justify that invasion was run out. As an alternative hypothesis and in view of the advanced on-board electronics, supposedly proofed against external electromagnetic interference, Russian Air Defense Systems interfered electronically with this leading US drone product and took it down. The MQ-9 Reaper System is sold around the world, is very expensive and any failure against a peer competitor, especially a non-kinetic defeat, would be a serious double loss to US foreign armaments sales, as discussed above. There are overwhelming reasons why Washington must lie about this event and another reason, if true, why Washington will avoid committing its flagship military equipment to this conflict.
Meanwhile, memories remain short. President Vlad Putin has died of cancer, the ever domestically unpopular Vlad Putin has been overthrown and his successors have installed a flourishing democracy and awarded generous development programs to American contractors and Vlad Putin the imperial revanchist has taken over all of Western Europe, if only to retrieve it from economic and financial bankruptcy so they can continue to attack Russia. Russia will not have much to do with Western Europe, the Europeans are growing disenchanted with Europe and the question of whether Washington will seems to turn on how long Europe can be exploited by American Capital, as was occurring in The Ukraine. The question - will Norway go the way of The Ukraine, Iraq, Vietnam since there is a large US military presence in Norway and the Oslo Government puts their country at risk as it conforms with alacrity to Washington diktats, here a strategy of doubling down. Norway's intelligence service nominates Russia as its major security threat and further cited Norway's oil and gas infrastructure as a Russian target. The degree to which this is a situation entirely of their own making - a Russian war ship was sunk by a Norwegian missile - is the extent to which they are correct. The Olso Administration has sided with the interests of an administration half a world and ocean removed from them and taken an aggressive position with a Superpower neighbour on a common border. Clearly believing the voices inside their own heads, they have chosen to take on the most powerful and experienced armed forces on the planet. Leading Australian radio media presenters are known to expound on morality and personal probity, fine educated types who acknowledged the forthcoming anniversary of The West's Invasion of Iraq with a pre-emptive strike broadcast where one of the usual academic stooges as guest was present to excuse exceptionalism and so interviewed to helpfully explain that Australia's participation in this war on Iraq arose from a lawful act of the Federal Parliament. Naturally, George W. Bush as US President did say that Iraq's oil would pay for the war. Someone has to pay and so far, it isn't entirely the American taxpayer, a whole other story. One of these radio broadcasters comes representing a religious affairs broadcast unit. Other broadcasters are ordained priests. When not quoting Rousseau on moral conduct, discussions would run to that essential admixture in the continual shaping of the good person, that being the reading of fine literature. The unchallenged assumption, that those who read fiction, naturally sensitivity sanitized, or consume must-watch visual media series are better persons. Somehow this must be true. It has to be true. Of those countries that do have those ways and means, China and Russia, the question never asked is why would they want to? George W. Bush as President provided the answer - "We are free", whatever that means.

Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, the former commanding general of the US Army in Europe, helpfully clarified matters for the desperate and near stateless when he declared, July 15, 2022, that Russian forces are "exhausted" and "don't have much else they can do right now" and added that Ukrainian Forces could push Russian troops back to prewar borders. Well they better because if one is to take these statements at face value and there are times when one can, their real objective is to attrit the Russian Armed Forces, if necessary, man for man. A Mission Accomplished moment - Russian Forces decimated and US-NATO-UK Forces can invade. The AFU and the Ukrainian people more generally are the grease in that Western Imperial Machine.

"Russia . . . has a modern unique weapon capable of destroying any enemy, including the United States, in the event of a threat to its existence" - Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council. Remember what they said. President Putin remarked - "I do not know why they are doing this. … Are they sane? It seems that this runs completely counter to common sense and logic … This is simply crazy".
Answer: Of Washington's Foreign Policy - If you do not have any understanding of what you yourselves are doing, then neither does your adversaries! The rich, variegated landscape of Geo-Politics, kiddies, comes with its own unique language that the Political and Military Classes and Media Presenters use and which has a passingly deceptive resemblance to the language that normal people use too. This unique language is very special because it uses exactly the same words many of your friends and yourselves use, kiddies, except that the words they use have a whole range of different meanings, such range of meanings are just so unquantifiable and beyond measure. This is all justified by the public relations principle they call Shaping Operations, to shape public opinion - your thoughts. It used to be, kiddies, that this was just called lying. One example of Shaping Operations was when, back in July, 2021, President Biden told the Afghan President to lie to the Afghan people over just how well the war against the Taliban was working out. Soon after, the Afghan President unceremoniously fled the country with a lot of cash. The American general in charge of the Vietnam War said things were going just fine and not too long after, the US Armed Forces unceremoniously fled the country. Now you are being told of a great Ukrainian victory over those horrid Russians. Check back in a few months time, kiddies. And by the way. Some people call shaping Operations Social Engineering.
And so to the first question: How many countries have ever been bombed into Liberal Democracies kiddies and God help you if you dare mention Japan because Japan is more or less run by a large, spirited social engineering clique known as The Yakuza who have a grip on everything that makes money - Commerce, Industry, Banking, Political Parties, Law Enforcement and even legitimate activities you too can relate to - like kindergartens, where they dress up as Santa Klaus at Christmas time. Of this heart wrenching story, allegedly of Russian mothers allegedly demonstrating against the allegedly monstrous Russian Government over the lives of their sons allegedly conscripted against their will to go to the front in The Ukraine which is allegedly winning, could one reasonably interpolate that this is an indication of a Western Armed Forces and Intelligence Agencies' narrative campaign to deal with their forthcoming loss of the Ukrainian Proxy War, as flagged at least indirectly by certain of NATO and military leaderships, more directly by others and now averred to by US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin as he expounded in abstract phrasings like narrowing windows of opportunity left to win and losses by the AFU as only symbolic and so departing from the usual hard measures that are one of the only meaningful measure in this war or any war, namely how many were killed and disabled, thus so leading to what is coming down the line, that yes, we got smashed up in this Proxy War which we started, yet could not finish and that will raise many questions like - “Why was this Proxy War like no other Proxy War, ex-US Defense Secretary?” - but Russian Armed Forces losses are ever so large that there is no-one left inside Russia to defend the Russian State, so we can invade - right? Well, yes kiddies, you may well think that but we have seen that the ever collapsing Russian War Machine can continue to supply the front with 40-50,000 new artillery shells per day to fire off while the US armaments industry with the biggest armaments budget in all of world history and one that has the back of the finest fighting force the world has ever seen is unable to supply The Ukraine with a fraction of these. The more astute kiddies of Positional Warfare would not have missed that seventy percent of battlefield deaths come from artillery and as the AFU is about at one seventh or less the fire rate of the Russian Armed Forces, difficulties attend the claim that AFU losses are a fraction of Russia's losses. Indeed, the opposite would seem the case. Are these things examples, kiddies, of people from the adult world just lying and lying again to you? Shaping opinions? Does Lloyd Austin come with the dress costume of a diversity hire, a product of US Democrat Party ideological enforcement? US Armed Forces Bases with the names of Southern military officers are being renamed - did you know? Notably, kiddies, one base is named after Vietnam War three star General Harold Moore, such war now admitted as a war crime, at least by some. Within the US Armed Forces, are we observing the corrosion of conformity?
Another question, kiddies, surrounds the fate of the good and brave President Zelenskyy, a Ukrainian national leadership hero who learnt to speak Ukrainian, a master of geo-political statecraft, the recipient of Western awards and accolades and a leader who comes with a deep understanding of the Eastern European mindset wherein they all harbour grudges for hundreds and hundreds of years, have been cutting each other's throats for about the same time and they give next to no thought to consequences nor long term outcomes. So that's good. One prior essay asserted that President Zelenskyy is the man who knows far too much for his own good but mainly far too much for anyone else's good and as such is likely to get a bullet in the head by his Western protectors or maybe quietly strangled or drugged, like other erstwhile Western allied leaders, yet not all and laid to rest with much praise from Western Mainstream Media along with a monument to be erected while others continue to be torn down. Indeed is President Zelenskyy wise and all knowing. He knows about Hunter Biden's business activities in The Ukraine, he knows about Joe Biden as American Vice President ramping up the pressure to have removed the Kyiv State Prosecutor who was investigating his son Hunter Biden and his Burisma oil company activities even as Hunter knows nothing much of oil geo-physics, he knows about the vast quantities of Western weapons being sold out of The Ukraine even as Pentagon auditors do not and he knows about his foreign bank accounts in British Island Tax Havens. He knows about important and dangerous oligarchs who we will not mention as we don't want them to know about us. He knows that certain leading US media have implicated Ukrainian interests in the destruction of the Nord Stream pipeline, suggesting a US Administration effort to distance itself from The Ukraine. Will President Zelenskyy be allowed to escape as the Russian Armed Forces approach Kyiv over the back of several hundred thousand dead and disabled AFU personnel and thus the last act of this misplaced stage performer as the curtain inevitably drops? As a question of moral philosophy, kiddies, should we feel sorry for the good and brave President Zelenskyy who was far too young and inexperienced to have any idea what was about to happen, coming as he did to the presidency with no experience in governance, nor qualifications in history, military affairs or intelligence matters, that he would be used and manipulated by Washington - London interests as he himself directed or otherwise was directed himself into very bad decisions that cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of AFU soldiers? Does the expression - Corruption through Incremental Seduction apply here kiddies?

Clearly, President Zelenskyy was in need of a far better appreciation of war, profit, death, propaganda and Elite Power Politics, which may have aided him in getting away with it as many other foreign, Western allied leaders have and presently do. How does one sum up the latest anti-China US Nuclear Submarine Strategy known as AUKUS, kiddies, without crediting a declining US superpower with at the very least exceptional covert skills in subverting their most gullible client state, Australia, into paying for a US nuclear submarine port, upgraded naval facilities within the United States, paying for US nuclear submarines largely crewed by US service personnel, to threaten China and contemporaneously enable Washington to shift physical risk away from the US mainland, a country driven by hard economic realities since Washington cannot compete against China, more generally will not be able to pay for its global force projection which others are to pay for and can only threaten, not compete with China because the US runs an economy based around Military Keynesianism and mostly vacuous, non-essential service industries with Washington run by that political Venn Diagram of Eastern European descended Political Ideologues who bring with them their ancestral hatreds, together with wealthy Stock Market Trading Insiders operating inside a Ponzi Economy of their making and Militarists, most of whom never faced down the bullets, along with certain pro-Foreign State Factions? Have Australians noted the lessons of The Ukraine, one of Washington's closest allied states? Is it true, as have Australians been told over many, many decades that those far too numerous and wholly untrustworthy Asians to the immediate north are still conniving after one hundred years to invade Australia even as the continent experiences even more extreme weather events, more extreme droughts and floods, devastating storms, agricultural land runoff and desertification, groundwater depletion, rising salt further causing the deaths of trees in an already overpopulated country where 90% of the surface is unlivable, oversized dangerous feral cats withstanding and thus being a highly urbanized city infrastructure that increases the Urban Heat Island Effect?
In the relentless quest to spread the values of Western Liberal Democracy, here collateral damage, as it is called. As The West and notably Washington, kiddies, loses force and effect around the globe, now confirmed in their Mainstream Media expressing an urgency of fake surprise that 90% of The World is not following The Washington Consensus, that Rules-Based International Order which in tangibility lies somewhere between actual International Law and as yet to be detected, quite possibly not existent, Dark Matter and with a probability closer to the latter, the critical factor for the political leadership remains one of binding their populations to their leadership - themselves, as every major narrative they have run out has or is collapsing and they themselves remain the visible ciphers of what they represent, not their voting electorate but a far higher, more important and less visible order, kiddies, the Power Elite, that Deep State and that being the armed forces, the intelligence agencies and their armaments, electronics and software manufacturers and influential billionaires, as well as representing their private interests in using their positions of state to also advance their private wealth interests, they come to appreciate that they alone remain in the public gaze as the less visible Power Elite can readily and easily abandon them. Here, everyone uses everyone else, everyone manipulates everyone else and all explanations are superficially compelling. The West has become a Body of Lies and the political leadership must double down on failing foreign adventures, advance more extreme rhetoric, vilify all things foreign, advance domestic influence operations and identify and isolate anyone who not just actually deviates but appears likely to deviate from authorized narratives (pre-crime or thought crime), the true meaning of Thought Leadership where their narratives shape the interpretations by one's use of social media and interactive technologies. The Digital Revolution, a civilizational inflection technology, is not taught as the Vehicle for State Repression. These things are recognized by the 90%. For them, it is not about The Ukraine.
A few American Presidents. Directed several pulverizing invasions of several countries of the non-peer genre - Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Vietnam and Yemen. Killed several million people. No war crimes charges.
