“After failure”. Vasily Vereshchagin, 1868. Here, a victorious armed soldier in white attire stands amidst the fallen, seemingly detached and lighting a cigarette.
In secretive countries that increasingly define The West, as in the approach here, in view of the forecasts by both Aldous Huxley and his student Eric Blair [respectively “Brave New World”, “Fascism and Democracy” and “1984”], is to avoid being too specific and not, as desirable as it is, to name names.

“Public opinion will be led to adopt, without knowing it, the proposals we dare not present to them directly” - Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, President of France, 1974 - 1981.
Contrary to certain Mainstream Media pronouncements of an erratic U.S. Foreign Policy, apparently driven in their reckoning by an erratic President, there is a clear American policy that transcends any particular occupant of the White House and other centers of the Federal Administration; that is, to maintain U.S. global supremacy and thwart the emergence of other great states, notably China and Russia and now, based upon the ultimate determinate of state power, the battlefield, Iran. If outright supremacy cannot be achieved, one could infer that Washington would split the globe into trading blocks, those aligned with the United States and those aligned with China, Russia and Iran. While the United States and allies [read vassals] are pursuing the former goal, they are also preparing for the latter, hence the perception of some indecisiveness, as the success or otherwise of strategies and tactics play out.
Numerous Western media channels have emerged, long forecasting the collapse of the United States, the collapse of China and that latter forecast was accompanied by the 2001 book of a similar name, more recently the collapse of the Russian State and, most recently, the collapse of the Iranian State. None of these outcomes are likely. Britain and certain Western European states are now in irreversible decline, the reasons examined below.
Note that the structure describing the strategies of Washington is inferential, drawn from multiple sources and thus could be presented in multiple ways.
“The West won the world not by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion (to which few member of other civilizations were converted) but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do” - Samuel P. Huntington, The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order, 1996, Page 51.
A last century Paris street scene. Advanced economies require high industrialization and inputs, many of which lie outside of the modern state and requiring of ways and means not often spoken to in polite circles, to serve up that wonderous coffee, the indispensable accoutrement to an elegant life and the cultured lifestyle.
As reported, Dr. Alex Karp, Palantir CEO, signed off his annual letter to Palantir’s investors with a passage from historian Samuel Huntington, implying approval of Western colonial methods. “The rise of The West”, he quoted, “was not made possible by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion . . . but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence…. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do” .
The States which promote liberal, democratic values were and remain exploitative colonial operations and it is African, Eurasian and island resources that make for their wealth and modernity.
As former French President Valéry Giscard also correctly pointed out, France without its African colonies would be a third world country in ten years.
French wars in Africa for the maintenance of French interests, ongoing for over one hundred years, are necessary for the survival of France as a functioning state.

>>> Washington`s Power Strategy <<<
Washington aspires to re-establish U.S. Geo-Economic Dominance, withstanding that to re-industrialize is not achievable in any desirable time frame such that the U.S. can compete with China and Russia.
The incipient threats are firstly China, the prime industrial state on the planet and secondly Russia, the prime resource-rich state, self-sufficient and fielding the most end-to-end, battle tested war machine on the planet. Thus, Russia is a threat in the sense that it cannot be threatened by The West as can weaker states, as were Libya, Iraq, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Gulf Monarchies (all oil, mineral resource and food states), or subverted as are The Ukraine and European states.
Is should be noted that there is and has been a Long Term Plan to reconstruct U.S. Industrial and Military Power. China did not yield to U.S. Treasury threats and pressure, circa 2018, so this is what must be done. It should be acknowledged that The Long Plan transcends any occupant of the presidential office, Donald Trump or otherwise, wherein Washington formerly enforced control over the global economy via its industries and financial markets, intelligence agencies and armed forces and as these former two gradually lose force and effect, Washington and allies will take direct control of the key drivers of economic power by force and covert methods. Here, force does not reflexively imply kinetic action (war) but non-kinetic actions that include sanctions and below-the-radar force such as seizing cargo ships of other countries to “confiscate” said cargo, also confiscating the gold and financial deposits of foreign states within Western banks and covert actions, read terrorist actions . . .
The Long Plan short form . . .
1. Monopoly Control of Energy
U.S. monopoly control of all oil flows and oil trade, which includes preventing “allied” states making their own energy arrangements, the destruction of Nord Stream intended to prevent European States buying cheap Russian energy, so directing their inputs to U.S. controlled and expensive oil and gas.
Monopoly control of Iranian oil and gas is one driver of the attacks on Iran under the false claim of an Iranian Nuclear Weapons Program and the regional driver of terrorism. This also includes U.S. driven attacks on Russian petrochemical plants, as with Iran, to reduce output, sales and revenue to The State, always pitched as personally accruing to The Russian President. Intended as a further means to apply pressure on China by reducing energy flows.
One’s thoughts may well run to how well this has worked.
2. Monopoly Control of Information Technology, Internet & I.C. Chip Production
This draws the United States into direct conflict with China, Russia and probably Iran as major public domain information processing corporates also contract to the U.S. National Security Apparatus in performing war planning to assist The Pentagon in its attacks on Iran. In response, Iran has targeted and destroyed information processing centers in the Gulf Region, a strategy consistent with forcing the exit, from the region, of both U.S. Forces and U.S. Information Processing Corporates, so breaking the mutual dependencies of Gulf Region States and Washington. On April 1st, 2026, Iranian media ran out a list of information processing corporates that will be targeted, as follows - Apple, Google, Meta, HP, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Cisco, Tesla, Nvidia, Oracle, J P Morgan, Boeing, Boston Consulting Group, Siemens and AT&T.
Notably, the IRGC informs on their data center targets prior to launching missile strikes, so staff may evacuate and U.S. defensive systems can be deployed, with high and expensive failure rates. That, in itself, further demonstrates to Gulf Region States that Iran will not tolerate any U.S. presence, military and corporate in that region, that is, Iran is the regional hegemon if it can enforce this. Further demonstrated is that U.S. allies cannot rely on U.S. protection, not that it was ever so visibly tested until now.
3. Monopoly Control of all Transportation Corridors
This is intended to break China’s One Belt Road, vast Eurasian Transportation Program and one backed by China’s vast manufacturing base, to integrate the Eurasian Mainland, or Heartland as Geographer Halford Mackinder examined in his London Heartland Address, 1904. The United States and The West more generally cannot match China’s economic, industrial and research programs and so the military destruction directed to One Belt Road bridges, roads and pipelines in and through Iran for the U.S. Navy to retain control of the seas as the major transportation corridors where the U.S. and allied navies can exert pressure at critical shipping channels, read Pinch Points, as well as intercepting commercial shipping at sea to confiscate other states’ cargo.
To confront U.S. enemies, here China, Russia and Iran, Washington requires ally states to be locked into dependence on the U.S., particularly energy and security arrangements as the United States cannot offer commercial arrangements competitive with either China for manufactured products nor Russia for cheaper energy.
Greenland, with a U.S. military presence extending back some eighty or so years (and subject to Danish secret national security control), taken with Iceland, Britain and Canada, enables U.S. Forces access control to Arctic Region resources, increasingly accessible as the Arctic Ice Cap melts away and one of the drivers for Washington’s Maritime Action Plan to reconstruct U.S. ship building, to be paid for by allied states and states that trade with The United States.
It follows that it serves U.S. interests for Iran and Gulf Region States to destroy each of their respective oil and gas infrastructures, taken with the interdiction of Russian sourced oil and gas so states, allied and otherwise, can be pressured to buy U.S. sourced or controlled oil and gas. This may include Russian sourced gas via a reconstructed Nord Stream, where Washington controls the supply and payments by Europe.
4. Monopoly Control via the U.S. Dollar System
Included here are all financial flows via SWIFT, to both identify where the U.S. Treasury can exert commercial pressure on non-conforming states and to exclude states from the SWIFT Bank Clearing System, selectively or completely blocking trade by preventing monetary payments. China and Russia anticipated such maneuvers and developed their own bank clearing systems.
>>> Subsidiary Strategies for Western Dominance <<<
“If we did not have our African colonies, France would be a third world country in ten years” - Valery Giscard.
1. Block Disintermediation
Prevent states from forming trading and commercial alliances that preference the application of their natural endowments to their domestic interests, rather than preferencing foreign states’ interests.
To cite earlier examples with direct implications for present matters, the removal of the elected Prime Minister of Iran, Dr. Mosaddegh, in the 1953 Washington - London overthrow, led by Dr. Kim Roosevelt (U.S. Office of Strategic Services), assisted by U.S. Central Intelligence and Britain’s S.I.S. (MI6), the trigger event being the refusal by British interests to allow an independent audit of oil resources that the Anglo-Iranian Oil Company, of entirely Anglo ownership, was drawing off and falsely accounting for, to the favour of Britain. Even if in the absence of false accounting, the terms concerning payments to Iran for Iranian oil were adverse for the Iranian State, naturally preferencing London’s interests.
Iran had its No Kings Moment, 1979, with the removal of the repressive, administratively inept, Western backed Shah who fled to The West, after which time Iran remained under siege by The West, largely below the level of direct kinetic warfare until recently. It is in this restrictive era that Iran has developed and successfully fielded missile and drone systems that Western defensive systems cannot defeat.
French Forces and mercenary armies at present are waging conflicts in regions of Africa to maintain the above status quo. There is no alternative, considered further below.
2. Protection
Offer protection to smaller states against foreign threats via threats by Western States to apply any of the foregoing four instruments of U.S. Power.
3. Enforcement
Force allied states to pay for the presence of U.S. Forces and force allied states to pay to re-industrialize the United States mainland, a longer term process.
It is notable that the economic proposition that states construct policies to serve their economic and security interests is an economic myth, consistently taught as such within economics programs, avoiding any analysis of sanctions within the standard course program, rarely within the Mainstream Media and the true purposes of sanctions on target countries. Where sanctions apply, kinetic action may follow. Examples include Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Libya, Yemen, Syria, other BRICS states, China and Russia. For some states, their Western bank deposits and gold deposits have been confiscated; for some states, the money from oil sales is controlled by the U.S. Treasury - Iraq, Syria, Venezuela, Libya, as reported.
Allied States and all states that wish to trade with the United States are required to pay the United States to reconstruct its domestic ship building capacity and military manufacturing base.
4. Control of Global Energy Resource Flows
Being the control of essential industrial resource inputs, such as Helium, Sulphur, Rare Earths and the one hundred and ten plus minerals extracted from some twenty thousand plus mines in The Ukraine, a crown example of resources theft by and for Western Interests and against the interests of the Ukrainian people.
This raises a question of strategy. Does it suit Washington that Iranian Forces have destroyed Qatar’s Helium gas production forming part of their US$5 billion capital gas production operation, providing some twenty percent of the global demand for Helium and essential to the production of integrated circuits (IC Chips) which Washington intends to control? Beijing announced that Helium exports are to cease and this reinforces U.S. control over states that are both IC Chips manufacturers and systems builders. Of note, Russia is immune from these effects, being a domestic producer of Helium and IC Chips, despite it said to be otherwise.
5. Alternative Clearance Systems
Anticipating financial sanctions by the U.S. Treasury, China, Russia and Iran have created their alternative banking payments systems to SWIFT.
6. Control of Food, its Sources and the Supply Chain
Here, The Ukraine, a crown example of an exploited state, serves as the bread basket to Europe or did, furthermore has some twenty thousand mines, over one hundred important minerals, plus oil and gas and, as reported, one oil rig named Hunter Biden. Global hedge funds have bought agricultural regions of The Ukraine, under questionable contracts as some were executed with The President under conditions where presidential elections have been cancelled and remain so. Some risk attends the capacity of Western Capital Interests to retain these acquisitions since almost anyone paying even a passing interest in Russian-Ukrainian affairs would have concluded that the Western Proxy War on Russia via The Ukraine was lost prior to it turning kinetic.
Defending Western Capital Interests requires well fabricated and false, better still, semi-false, persuasive narratives prepared by intelligence agency litterateurs and transmitted via persons of importance and media influencers, so called, to guide public opinion to adopt, even support, better still defend with conviction, without any conscious awareness nor self doubt, the political proposals not dared to be presented directly and so the frequent, repetitive broadcast communiques to the community that support to The Ukraine that may not cease, here support means financial and military as publicly communicated but also means the provision of mercenary armies, the presence of Western Forces rarely mentioned, deliberate attacks on civilian targets and the necessary Western satellite intelligence, targeting and battles plans created for the AFU, what is left of them.
There is, incidentally, a Russian Threat, factually several Russian Threats and one that would concern Western Capital Interests is that they lose their entire interests in their Ukrainian investments when the Russia Armed Forces complete their program in The Ukraine before applying their considerable military skills to other targets nearby.
7. Threat of Sanctions
Where states desire to trade with the United States, they will be (and not meant in the pejorative sense) coerced to use U.S. controlled ports, sea routes and U.S. built ships or pay a tax. Such taxes are probably at variance with The Law of The Sea which the United States has never signed up to and would ignore such constraints anyway. Part of re-industrializing the United States is to recreate U.S. dominance with ship building, hence the Maritime Action Plan.
The U.S. Maritime Action Plan requires allies to pay for American ship building and use U.S. built ships and ports in trade with the U.S., or pay a tax or be excluded altogether.
8. Investment in Anglo - U.S. Constructed M.E. Feudal Family Dictatorships
Which are called Gulf Monarchies, being the energy rich regions and require of them to continue to recycle the Western capital they earn from the sales of energy and resources and return that money back into the Western Banking System, via treasury paper, equities purchases and capital investments, a financial process that Iran has declared it will put an end to and so a direct, non-negotiable threat to U.S. power and internal stability that would stem from a loss of dollar value.
Some Gulf Monarchies are not averse to killing certain of the domestic public when they become fractious.
9. Avoid a Major Threat to Western Prosperity
As well expressed in Dr. Henry Kissinger’s National Security Memorandum 200, 1974 where he observed, correctly, that less developed countries [LDC’s] with their expanding populations would inevitably recognize that their national interests are best served by directing their state’s natural endowments to the internal development of their states and so not export them in the interests of foreign, read Western, investors. Prior Substack essay, Genocide & Economics, dealt with the crisis of global overpopulation, the impossibility of any “rational” solution and Permanent War remains the Permanent Reality.
World War III is underway and the kinetic elements remain constrained to parts of Africa, West Asia, Central Asia and the far-European Eastern Theatre, that being the West’s War on Russia.
10. Image Management and Popularized Delusions
The English Lord Arthur Ponsonby wrote to matters relevant here with his major work Falsehood in War-time, Containing an Assortment of Lies Circulated Throughout the Nations During the Great War, 1928, some of which could be summarized thus . . .
We defend the right. Others hate us for what we are.
We go to war with the best of intentions against those who are less than human and would harm us. The Just War thesis.
We may well make mistakes, yet the other side always commits atrocities. That is, as our intentions are good, we are not to be judged by outcomes, only intentions.
God is with us. Our victories are just. Their victories are absent any moral justification.
More generally, The West is moral and leads the Free World. No evidence is required.
Barrack Obama as U.S. President availed himself of a war with the best of intentions to exonerate himself regarding the war on Iraq, whereas that war was deliberate, run out under false paradigms and which led to the deaths of hundreds of thousands. John Kerry as Secretary of State alluded to the Syrian Arab Armies using Barrel Bombs on civilian targets, a “crude” weapon as it was put.
As The West continues to pillage allies and enemies, Image Management remains a premium art, as is Censorship and that operates, firstly, via Exclusion in that matters of substance are completely avoided or minimally dealt with or trivialized, through Distortion (lying) and, secondly, via Distraction in that matters of no consequence are promoted as otherwise, these include important food dishes and chefs, sports events and sports personnel, also musicians along with their generally vacuous beliefs, collectively known in The Trade as Pseudo Events. Media reporting on media another example. These trends, especially the emphasis on a Humanities and Finance education are now recognized as detrimental to The State, it has led to a distracted population and a demographic of males unfit for military services. A re-emphasis on STEM + M education is emerging to serve the current war planning.
Arthur Ponsonby wrote . . .
“ . . . a Government which has decided on embarking on the hazardous and terrible enterprise of war must at the outset present a one-sided case in justification of its action, and cannot afford to admit in any particular whatever the smallest degree of right or reason on the part of the people it has made up its mind to fight. Facts must be distorted, relevant circumstances concealed and a picture presented which by its crude colouring will persuade the ignorant people that their Government is blameless, their cause is righteous and that the indisputable wickedness of the enemy has been proved beyond question”.
11. Predictive Election Outcomes
Known as Election Rigging by its various means within accessible foreign states susceptible to covert intelligence operations on domestic political and industrial leaders who can be cultivated from an early career age, bought off or otherwise threated and then bought off, otherwise fixed if no other means are available, also convinced to use Western developed Electronic Voting Machines. The gold standard of election rigging - bring the vote in close and avoid a landslide, which requires knowing in great detail how political sentiment plays out across every community within the states so targeted. This is not a small endeavor. One exception to this, ostensibly verified via independent surveys, cites Vladimir Vladimirovich as the most popular political leader with a support variously between 75% to 85%. The Western Leadership of Universal Goodwill deals with this via endless vilifying and false threats of an imminent Russia invasion.
12. You Really Cannot Negotiate Anything
Geo-Political interests are not a Venn Diagram of sometime overlapping mutual interests. Very well understood by The Western Leadership and so they project what cannot be said directly, indirectly. What is projected is that we do negotiate and we negotiate in good faith. The Western Leadership knows that their pursuit of foreign states’ natural endowments is unnegotiable and are stolen, as is currently the case and by use of mercenary armies from African States while paying the standard one U.S. dollar a day to slave labour or otherwise removed from allied states under foreign investor arrangements if those states are not third world states, sometimes known as ally states.
Regarding present matters between The United States and Iran, Washington and Tehran have diametrical and conflicting interests that cannot be negotiated. Ceasefires and Memorandums of Understanding are meant to be read seriously by a manipulated public. They flag a political device intended to buy time, for any of several reasons. The Long War is characterized by numerous short conflicts.
Foreign resource pursuits is a Zero Sum Game, cannot be reconciled and only where Balance of Fear does not work, that is, where one state can destroy another can that state be pillaged. But here, Tehran requires The West to withdraw from West Asia, Iran’s crown requirement or Iran faces being crushed and Western armies move in to split the state along ethnic lines and take resources. Thus far, that scale of loss to Iran looks unlikely.
Iran understands that not through diplomacy will the great questions of the day be decided, but by blood and iron on the field of battle. As Reichkanzler Otto Von Bismarck more or less put it but mostly more.
Incidentally, Balance of Fear applies where states are equally matched, more or less, or where a state with a clear military superiority has no intention of overwhelming weaker states, here Russia, despite now recent pronouncements by British military personnel of Russian Armed Forces intentions to invade Britain and have their way with British women. Similar Western propaganda was sold to Western publics regarding the Russian Army towards desperate and unprotected German women during WWII as German security broke down.
13. Asymmetric Warfare
If you cannot defeat them on the battlefield or otherwise intend to bring pressure to submit, kill civilians, bomb hospitals and especially children in schools. Do this as routine while concealing and issuing denials if the truth leaks out. A question of Resolve. If Iran cannot entirely stop civilian deaths, how can the population support their government in this long campaign, as it is strategized? The evidence suggests they are and the recognition that Persia was a great nation and empire appears to be within the consciousness of the population. The permanent reality is war and this war will be long. Despite Western military weaknesses, on the available evidence, they are to be wider and more savage.
Tehran under attack, prior to the Memorandum of Understanding, so-called.
“On 28 February, the USA and Israel jointly attacked and bombed Iran, implementing Operation “Epic Fury”. Dubbed “Epstein Fury” by critics, key initial targets included the Supreme and religious leader of the country, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who was assassinated by US missiles, when his residence in Teheran, the capital of Iran, was bombed. Khamenei Sr. died together with many young members of his family (his daughter, his son-in-law, his daughter-in-law and his 14-months old granddaughter, among others). His son was quickly appointed as his successor.
Another major target was a primary school in Minab, Southern Iran, which was singled out during a normal school day for bombing twice (with a delay of almost an hour in order to kill relatives and helpers), killing 168 primary school girls and others.
Bombings of thousands of targets continued throughout March 2026 (more than 13,000 locations were bombed according to the Pentagon). Many innocent civilians died . . . “ - Dr. Richard A. Werner, Werner Economics.
Added note: There is a measurable difference with Western perceptions regarding the direct U.S. War of Iran and the indirect Western Proxy War via The Ukraine on Russia. A heavy, well coordinated and pervasive Western Mainstream Media Propaganda Campaign has convinced many in The West that the Russian Armed Forces have lost and the Russian State is collapsing. The defeats of U.S. Forces plus certain Western Forces on Iran cannot be so suppressed due to energy, industrial inputs and agricultural inputs not being exported from that region, so directly impacting cost of living.
The circumstances in the Gulf Region demonstrate numerous, long held forecasts made regarding the loss of Western Military Supremacy, studiously ignored by most Western Media, played out in The Ukraine and made visible in the Gulf Region. Yet some are unable to extrapolate this latter exhibit of military failures to the much larger conflicts of scale in The Ukraine, wherein The Russian Armed Forces vastly out scale Iranian capabilities, have significantly reduced the Ukrainian population, destroyed the Ukrainian Armed Forces and demonstrated their defeat of every Western weapons systems directed against it, if not sooner then later.
Five hundred years of Anglo-European interventions in other states, including each others’, is characterized by the destruction of population centers. By way of several examples:
Dr. Sven Lindqvist, Swedish historian, 1932 - 2019.
French Algeria
“The European countries impoverished by the Second World War could not afford to conduct expensive colonial conflicts. But neither could they afford to lose Malaya and other such colonies, with large export surpluses that brought in dollars.
The solution was a bombing war. This had worked well between the World Wars, after all. Since then, both bombs and airplanes had undergone enormous improvement. It should be quite possible to keep rebellious people in check from the air. The French began on the very first day of peace. On May 8, 1945, while exuberant crowds celebrated the peace throughout Europe, the people of the Algerian city Sétif demanded the right of self-determination they had heard so much about during the war.
When the police could not handle the situation, the French military came in with bombers and tanks. A few days later the revolt was crushed, and forty odd Algerian villages had been leveled Seventy Europeans and fifty times as many Algerians had been killed. Or perhaps it was 100 times as many - they were not counted very carefully. The event was hushed up, and the little that did come out was drowned out by the celebration of peace” - Dr. Sven Lindqvist.
French Indochina
“During the Second World War, France, even after its defeat, continued to administer Indochina, along with the Japanese occupation forces. The only ones fighting the Japanese were Ho Chi Minh’s Vietnamese guerillas, who were armed and equipped by the U.S. When the Japanese surrendered, Vietnam declared its independence.
But the French did not want to lose their grip. They came back in the fall of 1945 and began to negotiate with Ho about a division of power. After one year, the negotiations broke down, and on December 14th, 1946, the first war in Indochina began.
In February of 1947, the victorious French marched into Hanoi. They held the cities and could use the larger roads under cover from the air. But all the country was in Vietnamese hands.
The French troops were stationed at a series of fortified points. They conducted an air offensive. A particularly successful method was to bait a trap. First the air force dropped sacks of rice, and then they bombed the Vietnamese who came to get it” - Dr. Sven Lindqvist.
Of note, General Henri Navarre was the Commander-in-Chief of French forces in Indochina during the Battle of ĐiệnBiênPhủ. His son, Bernard Navarre, was a corporal in the French Army, serving in the 1st Foreign Cavalry Regiment (1er Régiment Étranger de Cavalerie), a part of the French Foreign Legion forces engaged in the battle. Orders were issued by General Navarre to hold their positions and maintain the fight. Bernard was subsequently killed in action in 1954.
Russia
“On March 1, 1954, the American hydrogen bomb “Bravo” was detonated. It unexpectedly released fifteen megatons, that is, the same explosive energy as fifteen million tons of trotyl. “Bravo” had the strength of 1,200 Hiroshima bombs.
Two weeks later, the air force informed the other branches of the service how they intended to use the new weapon. The Soviet Bloc would be attacked by 735 planes armed with nuclear weapons. The targets remains unspecified - LeMay would choose at the decisive moment depending on the existing conditions.
“The overall impression was that “virtually all of Russia would be nothing but a smoking, radiating ruin at the end of two hours”, reported one participant Captain William Moore, to his superiors.
“It seemed apparent from General LeMay’s answer that he is firmly convinced that thirty days is long enough to conclude World War Three. The SAC is . . . dominated by a forceful and dedicated commander who has complete confidence in the SAC’s ability to crush Russia quickly by massive atomic bombing attacks. No aspect of the morals or long-range effect of such attacks were discussed, and no questions on it were asked”.
Fortunately, Eisenhower has a better idea of what using the hydrogen bomb would mean” - Dr. Sven Lindqvist.
Certain London broadcasters maintain the myth that claims of a pre-emptive strike on Russia were and are a Russian myth and propaganda proposition. Thereafter came S.I.O.P. - the Single Integrated Operational Plan which was the United States’ general plan for nuclear war, 1961 to 2003, principle targets being Russia, Eastern Europe and non-nuclear China and the plan included one hundred and seventy atomic and hydrogen weapons directed at Moscow alone. An attack, in accordance with S.I.O.P., would kill between three hundred and sixty to four hundred and twenty five million people. Finland, an ally, was not a target but the radiation from the fallout of striking Russia’s submarine base nearby was cited as killing everyone in Finland - Dr. Daniel Ellsberg.
British Kenya
“In Kenya, 40,000 whites, less than one percent of the population, ruled five million blacks. The highest authority was in the hands of the Colonial Office in London.
The first wave of British immigration at the end of the 19th century coincided luckily enough with a smallpox epidemic that decimated and in some regions almost eliminated the Kenyan black population. The land seemed “uninhabited”. Those who offered resistance were killed and their villages burned. Like so many other colonists of the this period, the British governor, Sir Charles Eliot, believed that the natives were dying out. “There can be no doubt that the Masai and many other tribes must go under. It is a prospect that I view with equanimity and a clear conscience”.
After the First World War came a new wave of immigration - thousands of demobilized British officers arrived from Europe, bringing with them - luckily enough - an influenza epidemic that killed more than 100,000 Kikuyu. Five million acres of African land could then be confiscated and made available for British settlement. The blacks became landless farmworkers on ground that had belonged to their fathers.
During the Second World War, 100,000 Africans from Kenya participated as volunteers. They returned home hopeful, inspired by the promises of freedom offered by the Atlantic Charter - and were bitterly disappointed. At the same time, a new wave of demobilized British officers and former colonial officials from British India arrived, firmly determined to uphold white rule in Kenya. The Kenyan response was the Maumau Rebellion in 1952 - 1960. Throughout the 1950s, the British managed to convince world opinion that they were not fighting landless and disenfranchised rebels, but putting down “bestial murderers”, primitive natives who, crazed with drugs, rituals, and sex orgies, were cutting the throats of white women and children.
According to their own estimates, the British security forces killed 11,500 Maumau . . . The number of civilian deaths were never reported. 80,000 Africans were imprisoned in concentration camps, where many died. A strip forty-eight miles long filled with barbed wire and mines were built by forced labor in order to cut the guerrillas off from the Kikuyu reservation. Other forced laborers built 800 fortified villages, into which the Kikuyu people were forced to move, as had been done in Malaya. The Kikuyu were not used to living at such close quarters. Diseases spread, and the mortality in the “model village” was startingly high”.
“In May of 1955, the heavy bombers were withdrawn from Kenya on the RAF’s own initiative, after having dropped 50,000 tons of bombs. Even stronger protests were excited by accusations of murder and torture by the police in Kenya” - Dr. Sven Lindqvist.
Colonial state administrators understood that concentration camps were death camps, arising from imposed malnutrition, high density enclosures and the inevitable epidemics. The Atlantic Charter, signed in 1941 by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt and British Prime Minister Winston Churchill proclaimed an end to colonial interests. At that time, Britain held over two hundred million people in slave conditions in its economic colonies. The Atlantic Charter was ignored by London. But then, what could London do? Not to oversimplify, London’s policies brought prosperity and employment to British society, the state itself having few resources within it. To give equal opportunity and sovereignty to the exploited foreigner in colonial and former colonial estates, pay market prices for resources and meet their inevitable demands for reparations, as is now being asked by them, would bankrupt the British state, as it would all colonial European states.
Permanent war remains the permanent reality and the great questions of the day will be decided on the many and ongoing fields of battle.
Japan
“Meanwhile the planners were looking for appropriate targets in Japan. In the beginning only military targets were considered, but in May 1944 the order came to plan napalm attacks against cities as well. It was a definitive break from earlier policy. For safety’s sake, the decision-makers wanted to leave a back door open for their own escape: “It is desired that the areas selected include, or be in the immediate vicinity of, legitimate military targets”.
Obviously it was against Japan that the Americans planned to use napalm. Why not against the Germans? During the last desperate European counteroffensive in January 1945, General Quesada did in fact work out a plan for mass-bombing Germany with napalm. One of his analysts, David Griggs, maintained that the Quesada plan would save hundreds of thousands of American soldiers’ lives. But it was never tried. It was considered more legitimate to use napalm on the Japanese.
The idea of burning down Tokyo preceded the Second World War. It had come up already after the earthquake of 1923, which caused the greatest fire in the history of the world to that time. A city that inflammable was an almost irresistible target in military eyes. “These towns, built largely of wood and paper, form the greatest aerial targets the world has ever seen”, wrote the American prophet of the bombing war, Billy Mitchell, in 1932. Japan was not a case for humanitarian precision bombing. “Destruction should be total, not selective”.
Ten years later his successor, De Seversky, echoed Mitchell’s message in his bestseller Victory through Air Power (1942). The war against the Japanese ought to be aimed at “total destruction”, “extermination”, “elimination”.
For the colonial powers the idea was to capture the prey alive and exploit him as labor, but the American strategy lacked all colonial ambition and therefore ought to be aimed at a war of elimination, a task for which bombing from the air was especially suitable. De Seversky’s book inspired a Disney film that climaxed with the jubilant destroying of Tokyo.
Alexander de Seversky’s other book, arguably made in part obsolete as the Iranian Armed Forces’ strategy is not to match The United States in air power with an air force and to advance it’s missile capabilities, demonstrated to exceed U.S. capabilities to intercept.
LeMay had arrived in Europe before the firestorm in Hamburg. He arrived in Pacific Theatre a few weeks before the firestorm in Dresden. Hamburg and Dresden showed him what could be accomplished. LeMay was practical, decisive, and heartless. He had a new bomb that would make fire stick He had a new target, a big city built of wood and paper. Since he knew that the city for the time being was almost without defense, he tore 1.5 tons of guns and ammunition out of every bomber in order to raise the carrying capacity for bombs. He ordered the bombs to fly in low over their targets and drop the bombs on residential areas that had been marked in advance, as the RAF usually did. He called it “precision bombing”, designed for a specific purpose.
On the night of March 9, 1945, he dropped 1,665 tons of incendiary bombs into the sea of fire that had been created already by the first wave of bombing. . . . The bombs rained down in the thousands; a house could be hit by ten or more at the same time. This was a new kind of bomb; it spread a flaming liquid that ran along the roofs and set fire to everything it touched. The violent wind caught up the burning drops, and soon a rain of fire was falling that stuck to everything. . . . The fragile houses immediately went up in flames, and screaming families fled their homes, babies on their backs, only to find the street blocked by a wall of fire. They caught flame in the firestorm, turned into living torches, and disappeared. People threw themselves into the canals and submerged themselves until just their mouths were above the surface. They suffocated by the thousands with the smoke and lack of oxygen. In other canals the water got so hot that people were boiled alive.
The Japanese mass media were silent. Only rumours reached the emperor. He risked all of his prestige by asking to be taken to the river. There he got out of his car. On the shores of the river lay thousands of corpses, piled up with almost mechanical precision. The tidewater had come in and gone out, leaving the charred corpses like driftwood. He said nothing. There was nothing to say. He suddenly realized that Japan had lost the war.
A quarter of the capital in ashes, a million people homeless, 100,000 horrifying deaths - the first mass attack put the city into a state of shock. . . . The allies could have used this state of shock to offer concrete terms for peace. . . . But the Americans were too busy patting each other on the back. Telegrams of congratulation poured in to LeMay. Air force headquarters in Washington, D.C., was ecstatic . . . . Not only was Tokyo the greatest victory of the American air force ever, they said, but the Japanese had been served up the biggest military catastrophe in the history of war” - Dr. Sven Lindqvist.
Five months later, two nuclear weapons were tested over a defeated Japan, for reasons other than those run out. It is a remarkable achievement of the Mainstream Media, accurately described by Eric Blair, that the majority of Western populations have no understanding of the ways and means by The West to dominate weaker states and how population control operates through memory. As he wrote, those in control of the present can control the past, thereafter control the future. There are no shortage of contemporary historians who popularize contemporary events while ignoring these foregoing matters entirely or misrepresenting them.
Chinese historian and political revolutionary MaoZeDong understood The Western Way of War, so describing The United States as a paper tiger. This applies to the Anglo-European colonialists who now find themselves pitched against peer competitors and so face a grim economic future.
Both General Curtis LeMay and Air Marshall Sir Arthur “Bomber” Harris did precisely what was required by the political leaderships of the U.S. and the U.K. respectively as they, the political class, maintained a respectable distance, laying blame when necessary for atrocities committed under their hand on their military personnel.
So . . .
When Western Luminaries talk to five hundred years of Western greatness and the importance, to The West, of maintaining that heritage, the part left out is the five hundred years of the Western application and management of savagery. Few mention this although Dr. Alex Carp comes closer, also U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio in his address to the Munich Security Conference, February, 2026. He is right, as in the limit, nothing else can succeed. For The West, this is the great question of the day and it only can be settled with blood and iron.
On the question and propaganda line of Russia and Iran running short of munitions:
The Russian Armed Forces are yet to exhibit any shortage of munitions or weapons systems.
14. Target BRICS States
Contrary to popular narratives concerning the free flow of ships through the two straits either side of Saudi Arabia, it would suit Washington’s power interests for few ships to exit the straits. Destroying BRICS is a core Washington objective. Creating a Global Depression that impacts BRICS countries trading arrangements places those states under economic stress, with the promise that sanctions relief is just a matter of abandoning BRICS to join Washington’s orbit.
>>> A Bridge Too Far? <<<
Or what opposition Washington faces in accomplishing this none to limited geo-political positioning? Allied elites may be unable to conform their populations to an economic future controlled by the U.S.
Impediments, in no particular order . . .
- Privatizing The War Machine, which has delivered sub-par weapons and systems, built for profit and come, not surprisingly, with a high premium on essential maintenance, yet exhibit less than spectacular battlefield operational performances where pitched against peer competitors armed with something more than crossbows and spears. The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports that the Department of Defense has long-standing weaknesses in financial systems, internal controls, documentation and the accounting for assets, inventory and property. It has been on the GAO’s High Risk List for financial management since 1995. One might observe that it requires an elevated degree of naiveté for such a state of affairs to persist by accident. One may ask if the welfare of U.S. service personnel has been compromised as The Pentagon remains an auditing challenge? The evidence of things not seen.
- The emphasis in The West for Finance, Accounting and Humanities skills at the expense of STEM + M. For “skills”, especially in Finance and Accounting, read legerdemain.
- The elevation of a Know Nothing Class, combined with the Cult of The Amateur, as objects of admiration and role models to children, to be emulated in vacuous career choices, over people and matters of substance. The esteem that is expected to be accorded to chefs, food critics and food writers now a fetish. Add in sports stars, film actors and media presenters, all by and large a mediocre class when outside of the popular gaze, an inbred cultural genre of indulgent, self-opinionated narcissists who know nothing of how anything much works, in every sense, yet they can dress up, for the admiration of a sycophantic media. Of the great questions of the day that must be settled on the field of battle, everything here would elude them. Hence, the Guardians of The West, military professionals, so-called, with qualifications in The Arts but not Military Sciences. From this and with this, Western Governments expect to wage wars on China, Russia and Iran where Russia and Iran, also Yemen, have delivered decisive battlefield tactical victories on the sources of Western resources or otherwise defended their states from predatory interventionists.
- Anglo-European Leaderships are obsessing over raising a domestic NATO - UK Army to repel that “inevitable” Russian invasion commanded by incompetent Russian generals fielding rusty Kalashnikovs. Some Europeans and Brits. are committed to re-fighting WWII, settle long held ancestral hatreds that are never settled and reconstruct state borders or otherwise possess other states’ territories for predatory interventions that underpin National Greatness.
Example: For a person of substance (and all others in the photo), whose body of work is considered foundational to Western Civilization and Modernity, the lesser known Karl A. R. Steinmetz, here honored with Einstein to his right . . .
The photograph from 23 April 1921 and taken during a demonstration of RCA's experimental trans-oceanic communication station at New Brunswick, NJ to a group of distinguished scientists.
From left to right in the photograph are: First three unidentified, David Sarnoff (eventually head of RCA), Thomas J. Hayden, Dr. Ernst J. Berg, S. Benedict, Albert Einstein, John Carson, Dr. Karl Steinmetz, Dr. A. N. Goldsmith, A. Malsin, Dr. Irving Langmuir, Dr. Albert W. Hull, E. B. Pillsbury, Dr. Saul Dushman, R.H. Ranger, Dr. G. H. Campbell, Ernst F. W. Alexanderson and C. H. Taylor.
- States presently arming The Ukraine may face unsettling ideological crises of moral certainty when The Ukraine and Poland open up on each other, a region where ancestral hatreds run very deep and thus open to manipulation and where state borders have continually shifted with both ethnic classes having perpetrated massacres on each others’ populations. One solution, for the armaments suppliers, is to arm both sides and cry all the way to the bank.
- Of client states on China’s near abroad, notably Japan, Taiwan, The Philippines and South Korea along with other client states, Washington wants a War on China fought to the last Japanese, Taiwanese, Philippines and South Korean soldier. These states are arming up with Western weapons, as was The Ukraine so armed for The West’s War on Russia, now fought to the last Ukrainian soldier, intended as it was to the last Russian soldier. Estimates suggest some three million dead of The Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign armies, perhaps one fifteenth of that number Russian.
- Maintain the necessary fiction, that despite vast losses by the Russian Armed Forces in The Ukraine, the Russian Armed Forces with their rusty Kalashnikovs, if they have them, or shovels if they do not, shall sweep across The Garden of Europe, thereafter cross the English Channel and have their ways with English women, as recently broadcast out of London and similarly said during WW II, that time the objects of desire young German women.
- The British Elites remain on the “The Russian are coming” case since things for The British Light Cavalry came unstuck somewhere around Sevastopol, late in 1854. Sevastopol is none too close to Britain, nor the Russian State, yet the Russian threat, such as it is, is best dealt with by travelling far from Britain and attacking first, as we are more or less informed. The Ukraine War remains a Washington - London - Brussels campaign for the collapse of The Russian State, the possession of Russian resources by the usual means and attractive Black Sea retreats for wealthy Western Elites. Kinetic operations waged on Venezuela, Iraq, Syria and now Iran, along with numerous low engagement kinetic and non-kinetic operations elsewhere are delivering variable results.
- Food Insecurity and its multiple drivers such as climate as it effects Britain and Europe and reduced exports from The Ukraine and reduced fertilizer admixtures from the Gulf States due to the two wars of The West can be both blamed entirely on Russia and Iran. Just In Time supply chain management has replaced the warehousing of food to reduce supply chain costs. These and other risk factors will present impediments to mobilizing for wars that cannot be won or it may increase the pressure to go to war for agricultural lands, as it was one driver for Western Interests taking over Ukrainian natural endowments.
- Iranian forces are reportedly examining the value of strikes against American and British military assets in southeastern Europe, potentially transforming a regional confrontation into a transcontinental crisis involving NATO territory, strategic airbases, critical data infrastructure and escalation pathways, according to a Financial Times report.
- Iran holds at risk American and British military assets in southeastern Europe, Contingency planning that includes subsea fiber-optic cables near the Strait of Hormuz widens Tehran’s retaliatory scale beyond Gulf bases and energy infrastructure to shipping and the European Garden’s logistics network that supports U.S. combat operations, flagged as likely if major attacks on Iran proceed.
>>> Economics & Anglo-Europeanism <<<
The West, the past five hundred years of Western Civilization, built its economic power and cultural edifices using technical superiority to invade, suppress, murder, enslave and extract wealth from weaker foreign states for the benefit of The Western Elites and The State, usually from the far abroad, one recent exception being made of Germany under the Nazi Administration that waged their campaign for national restoration and greatness against Continental Europe and Russia, that is, on their near abroad. For this, the German State has been the object of a campaign of guilt waged by the U.S., Britain, Europe and Russia, among other states, all having conducted themselves similarly in domestic and foreign arenas while suppressing that history within the drivel of popular Mainstream Media.
The difficulties facing the preservation of The West, a global minority construct, stems from its successes, that now being the clear impossibility of any Western State or collective arrangement surviving on its own resources and within state boundaries, such states having overpopulated and latterly admitting larger numbers of foreign ethnic classes, many who come with no intention of assimilating. They understand their own circumstances that they are keen to abandon, better than do Westerners. They know who to blame for it.
“You can’t build a society purely on interests, you need a sense of belonging” - Valéry Giscard.
One of the great minds of the last one thousand years, Ibn Khaldūn, 1332 – 1406, wrote to matters of social cohesion, using the term “asabiya” to mean social cohesion and a sense of belonging and dealt with precursor events necessary to maintain social stability, by no means guaranteed. Khaldūn emphasized that a fundamental pillar of social cohesion was a common language.
Western exploitative success has not been well managed, has resulted in a increasingly inept private school educated “born to rule” Elite Class who have promoted an unrestrained growth in population to meet expansionary consumer capitalist profit objectives. Such expansion and the absolute, uncompromising need for new and exploitable natural resources, read other states’ natural endowments, has now crashed into that Hard Brick Wall of Reality, otherwise known as The Russian War Machine, also The Iranian War Machine, possibly The Yemen War Machine with its unstoppable destruction on Saudi Oil facilities, all works in progress. The results, economically, will be worse for Western prospects as the Russian, Iranian, add Chinese publics are thoroughly disabused in understanding the true nature and methods of Western Elites.
It is impossible for The West to outgun Russia. Those Sanctions From Hell made the Russian State stronger. Long standing Sanctions from Hell on Iran, since 1979, the same. With the collapse of Western Military Capability so goes Western dominance, to be played out with more conflicts and more military sacrifices until Western States can no longer maintain resolve, or the costs of war. Remarks regarding Sam Huntington and how The West was won, all true, indicate that this is the only way to ensure and secure a continuing Western or European Garden and Western Prosperity, by doing precisely what has been done for five hundred years to the present.
Except is this any longer possible? Has that reality died on the Ukrainian - Russian Front, more recently the U.S. - Iranian Front and ss being demonstrated by Yemen Forces attacks on Saudi Arabia?
Facing into overpopulated states, fractious ethnic classes, declining resource and energy inputs at increasing prices, The West faces the prospect of becoming the next Third World.
>>> The Great War For Civilization <<<
Wars, rather than being for Civilisation, are for the preservation of an elite class, largely invisible, save their “benign” public faces..

thanks for all this .I like to mention that in the sixties we had an uncontrollable "Communist-appeaser "in the President of the USA,who on top of that lowered the CIA budget by 20 % and treatened to splinter the essential Communist-fighting agency into thousand pieces, he was a plague for the Cold Warriors It doesn"t matter that peace with the Soviet-Union would be safer and cheaper for the country and the world. What mattered is that business of the'warfare state' would go down and money would be lost
I wish I could get all my family to read this, especially when they talk about Colonialism. They have no understanding of how colonialism actually works, and end up as apologists for it, rather than critics.
Unfortunately, the cartoon version of History, is much easier to understand, and much safer.
